Excellent pre-stay communication previewed a warm and attentive arrival. James was always available if called upon. He and wife Romi are charming and very busy working mostly from home, upstairs. A steep hill of a block and a half leads to a street to town, just four blocks away. From the attractions of the charming town to the ocean view from the private patio, a brilliant rental. Highly recommended.

Very sweet spot, 4 houses from the beach.
Comfortable unit with ocean view patio.
I had a lovely stay.
Unfortunately, I had a family emergency and had to leave after 2 weeks. So I forfeited $2000.
James the owner is a very welcoming host and ready to answer any questions.
Only draw back for me was , there is no parking on site. Parking is on the street, which it times can be several blocks away.
