En 4 jours la chambre n’a pas pas été faite une seule fois , même en ayant mis l’information sur la porte et en ayant demandé à la réception. Vraiment dommage! Nous l’avons remonté à la réception mais pas de réaction.

The room was spacious, and the king size bed was comfortable. Love the large underground parking lot.

There was no picture on the TV, so I picked up the phone to call the front desk, but the room phone didn't work. I used my cell phone to call. The woman told me they were remodeling, so many of the phones didn't work. She told me to push the input button on the side of the TV, and which selection to choose to get it working. My only criticism is that there was no apology on these issues. She should have told me about the remodel when I checked in. A microwave and mini frig would have been nice and a bedside light. The overhead LEDs were too bright.

Comfortable, clean rooms, good location, helpful staff
