I’ve stayed here 3 times now and loved the location and facilities. The rooms are spacious and cool enough to escape the HCMC heat.
The gym upstairs gets very hot even with the air conditioner on, and the machines need oiling.

The thing that sets this property apart is truly the staff. They are kind, thoughtful, helpful, and they speak excellent in English. They go out of their way to make your stay a special one. Location wise, this property is in Little Japan, amongst small, cute, mostly Japanese restaurants and bars. Beyond that, there are also lots of international choices en Vietnamese places. The location is a little calmer than district one, which to me is a big plus.
