Breakfast was great & bistro menu good too. Our two bed apartment was great for our needs with good view of the city. Staff were friendly & helpful.

Reviews didn’t match the location regarding restaurants & shops etc. Pretty dangerous walking the street with heavy traffic & no footpath. Though manageable, access is difficult for taxi etc The pool is in the lobby & more of a decoration than somewhere to swim. The spa was closed with options a taxi ride away.

Not great sound proof in toilet as I could hear next room singing and talking.

All the facilities were amazing, including the gym and the pool. The room we were staying in was so nice and clean and had a so much room. The beds were the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept on. It was a great price for everything we got. The staff were all lovely, and even gave us recommendations on what places to visit

The duplex apartment was okayish. It wasn't that bad. I would have liked it more if the service and cleaning was properly done from their end.

Room wasn't clean at all. We had to wait extra for the check-in despite the booking. Cleaning staff was very lazy and wouldn't even mop the floor properly unless told so. I had to make a complaint to get that done properly. Also the timing of the cleaning service was not fixed and that was kinda uncomfortable. They were not even changing the sheets everyday, I had to ask for that too. I ordered some food from them and it was stale, cold and it was like cooked 2 days ago. One day the staff took out trash and our left-out food and kept it outside the room the whole day. When I went out of the room in the late evening, the entire lobby was smelling with the rotten food. They did not bother to take that out.
