The condo is very worn down and full of old excess furniture. There are no closet doors in the bedrooms and full of junk. The couch is so sunken in the family room it is not usable. Neither the stove nor the in-unit sauna was working. There were no supplies to clean up with, no garbage bags and had to contact owner to utilize the WiFi - disappointing weekend for the $$$ spent.

Master bath had broken toilet seat. 2 rusty razors in shower and pubic hair in master shower.
Kitchen has lots of missing stuff. No garbage bags to replace the used 1.
Bunk beds are too small for a 13 yr old to fit.
Master shower faucet leaks and paint is peeling and moldy above the shower walls.
Location was great walked everywhere we wanted and has lift access outside the door.

We had a great stay! The location was fantastic, the condo features were great, and it was a lovely spot for my friends and I who went skiing for the weekend. There were four of us staying in the condo, and we easily fit. Corey was a very available and in communication as needed.

Condo was clean and was in a great location. Shuttle stop was steps away and condo was well furnished for preparing any meals. Owner was responsive and we experienced no issues during our stay.

We were attending a functional near Winter Park and found this condo via VRBO. Reasonably priced with great access to town. I must say, however, that I was surprised that a few basic commodities we're not on site (dish soap and hand soap stick out) otherwise a well stocked unit.

My family of 4 had a very nice stay. The condo is comfortable and has plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was surprisingly well stocked and it was a nice location. Overall- a good choice!

Great and spacious cabin with excellent customer service
My friends and I stayed at this cabin for a weekend ski trip. The space has plenty of room for 6-8 people. We loved the natural fireplace (make sure to bring your wood!) and the location and price were hard to beat. The cabin is located across the street from the rec center and the blue line ski shuttle. It's also only a 4 min walk to the Kings Crossing Southbound stop. Plenty of ways to get to Winter Park without driving!
I also appreciated the host's responsiveness. I misplaced my wallet as we were leaving the cabin and they answered my call the first time and helped change the lock code so that I could re-access the cabin. Thank you for making that so easy!
The only feedback I have is that there is no toaster and the countertop toaster oven is broken. Otherwise, no complaints as we had a wonderful weekend!

This was a great stay for a girls trip! Plenty of space for 7 people, nice neighborhood, rec center with games and pools/hot tubs were awesome! Super close to tons of activities and downtown winter park. Would stay again!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at the condo. It was perfect location and was well appointed with everything we needed. It was very close to the wonderful rec center and the shuttle pick up for transport to the slopes! We hope to be back soon!

Holiday at Winter Park
I took my family out skiing out west for the first time to winter park. Lucked out with tons of snow. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. It even had a little Christmas tree which my wife loved. Shuttle stop and new aquatic center were right across from the condo which was very convenient. Corey was responsive. Enjoyed our stay.

Perfect condo for our weekend getaway. The condo is spacious and clean. The location is perfect. The check-in process was smooth and easy.

Great location and condo!!
This was a perfect place for my brother in law's 70th birthday. It is in walking distance to the town that has everything we needed. It was very peaceful and the clubhouse and pool were across the street. We actually brought an air mattress and slept 9 comfortably. I loved that it has a washer and dryer so we could pack light. The porch was awesome to relax and unwind. The kitchen was well stocked with all the stuff we needed to cook our own meals. Safeway grocery was close to do our shopping. Just make sure you bring the bags that are hanging behind the front door because they charge. We loved our visit and will be coming back someday. Thank you for sharing your place with us!!

Unfortunately I think the property management group is failing. The unit is very nice and spacious and easily accessible, the location is great and once your car is parked everything is walkable.
But, the management crew coming into clean before guest arrival is lacking, soap dispensers were empty, there was debris is the master shower, and each bath had about 10 squares of toilet tissue. In the kitchen there were two dishwasher pods, luckily we only had one small load to do at the end of our stay, had we been a family we would have been out of luck. Patio was dirty as well as chairs and table, I realize its a dirt road and dust flies but it was a bit much, and when you consider the cleaning charge attached it was disappointing.
But, like I said everything about the unit itself is great, nice furniture, comfortable beds, nice linens etc. A lot of effort was put forth by the owner but the cleaning is sub par.

The place was very well stocked with everything we might need and the owners provided great/helpful info of the area! Winter Park is a great area for some amazing trails and the mountains were beautiful!! The only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating is because the cleanliness was a little lacking - for example, the coffee grounds were still in the the coffee maker when we arrived and the dishwasher needed to be unloaded (but the dishes were clean which we were thankful for). I do not blame the owners for these details as I'm guessing the cleaning crew is responsible for this, however, we also paid a cleaning fee so I would hope for these details to be included with this service. Otherwise, everything was amazing!
