"This was our 3rd stay at Sandpiper Cove and our 2nd stay at this specific condo. The property is well maintained and the condo itself is comfy and perfect for a couple or small family. "

Parking was limited, not much privacy due to the golf course, had golfer’s retrieving balls from under our deck.

The place was great, a bit outdated but nice. We truly enjoyed the amenities. My other half spent most of his time on the golf course. The heated pool was my favorite. The beach was a bonus.

I wouldn’t stay in this unit again. The main reasons are needs some upgrades and lack of general maintenance is apparent. There was an empty air freshener hanging from the air vent in kitchen in attempt to cover up the smell of the unit. There was some suspicious electrical wiring and some outlets didn’t work. The refrigerator opened weird you had to move to get it open. The air vent were dirty.
