Great convenient home on AMI! The home is very comfortable and very well equipped for a large group. Directly across the street from a beach access. The host reached out to make sure our accommodations were satisfactory and was available for any questions. I would definitely rent this home again.

We rented this beautiful home for spring break, and it was perfect for our two families with kids ages 15–17 (4 adults and 5 teens). The location couldn’t have been better with beach access right across the street and just a short bike ride to Pine Avenue. The home was stocked with all the beach gear you could need, from towels to a sun shade. The kids especially loved the pool and hot tub. Gina was a fantastic host. she was quick to respond and very helpful, though everything was so well set up we hardly needed a thing. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was a repeat stay for our extended family; and we are looking forward to renting again. The house is an ideal family beach house: bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious; living space is perfect for hanging out and family dinners. You can watch the sunset from the deck. The pool and hot tub are great for an after beach soak. The house is right across the street from the beach access and you can easily walk or bike to the shops on Pine. Best of all, Gina, the owner, is so nice; and Dan, the property manager, is right down the street and responds quickly. We love this place.
