Open Floor Plan 2 Bdrm-Private Home on Half Acre-Garage Parking
La nostra casa è praticamente nuovo e restaurato per essere un luogo confortevole e rilassante in cui soggiornare. Tutto è aperto che è grande per intrattenere e godersi l'apertura del luogo. La cucina è dotata di elettrodomestici nuovi di zecca GE profilo con ripiani in granito e una splendida isola cucina con quattro sgabelli di sedersi intorno durante la visita o la preparazione dei pasti. La stufa è un gas sei bruciatori con una griglia nel mezzo. I pavimenti sono tutti in legno ad eccezione del bagno padronale, che è in marmo. La sala da pranzo si siede comodamente otto e ha due foglie per aggiungere più spazio. La casa dispone di due posti a sedere, una con comode sedie senza braccia e l'altro con una nuova sezione e altre due sedie comode. Quella stanza ha un nuovo marchio smart 65 "Smart Samsung tv. Fuori quella stanza è un bagno di servizio. Il bagno principale ha un pavimento in marmo e accanto a questo c'è un armadio con lavatrice e asciugatrice full size nuovi di zecca. La camera da letto principale ha un nuovo marchio di memoria king size sormontata materasso gel e un "Smart TV 43. La camera degli ospiti ha un divano letto con un rotelle e un letto singolo (XL) con un altro gel di memoria sormontato materasso. Abbiamo badato a spese rendendo questa casa come bella e confortevole possibile.
Siamo a soli 10-15 minuti dalla piazza e soli 5 minuti dal negozio Ikea. Siamo anche molto vicino alle leggende che ha lo stadio di calcio e la pista. Ci sono così tanti ristoranti che si trovano nelle vicinanze.

Great place to stay! The house is tucked into a very quiet neighborhood but is a ten minute drive from anything you want to do. Everything in the house was clean and comfortable. The host was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had what we needed.

Perfect location with easy highway access to downtown Kansas City and Olathe, yet tucked in a quiet neighborhood that felt like a real retreat.The home is clean, well-maintained, and nicely decorated. The kitchen was the standout for me, with a generous prep space, baking pans, plenty of dishes, and everything needed for a real meal. We do longer stays specifically to manage our own cooking, and this kitchen didn't disappoint. (Only wishes: a potato peeler and some glass leftover containers — minor!)The bedrooms were comfortable, with ample storage, and the furniture throughout made it easy to relax and decompress.But the real difference was Deb. She was responsive, proactive, and genuinely warm. When a storm came through, she brought flashlights and batteries without being asked. She knew I was in town supporting a parent through surgery and checked in on us throughout the stay. That kind of care is rare and meant everything during a stressful trip.Highly recommend this home and this host.

We have stayed here several times before and loved it. In the past, Debbie has been communicative and friendly but something changed with this stay and it felt more like we were dealing with a 'corporate landlord'. We were traveling from 5 and 8 hours away, and had asked a week or so in advance if we could check in early. Debbie replied they had people checking out that morning so it depended on whether the cleaners were done. THAT WAS FINE. We planned our travel based on not having early access. However, we got to the house 15 minutes early and could not get in. I messaged Debbie about being locked out and she never replied to me. It turned out that the code did not work on the door until exactly 4pm, even though the cleaners were gone. We only figured it out by randomly trying the code after waiting about 20 minutes for Debbie to respond to my message. Communication was non-existent.
We also had other small issues with the house during our stay, such as dirty dishes in the cupboards and the AC not keeping the house as cool as we would have liked.
Unfortunately, I don't think we will be staying here again.
