Adorerai questo piccolo complesso adatto alle famiglie. È un piccolo gioiello nascosto tra i grattacieli. C'è un'area erbosa per far giocare i bambini, e una bella passeggiata sulla spiaggia. La spiaggia di sabbia è a pochi passi e il lungomare è perfetto per le foto. La vista della spiaggia è ostruita, ma si ha una vista dall'enorme balcone di 25 piedi. È il luogo perfetto per gustare caffè o pasti mattutini. Adoro sedermi e leggere! A pochi passi da un'isola d'avventura, ristoranti e negozi. Questo è in uno dei pochi complessi più antichi che non è un grattacielo rimasto sulla spiaggia. Il balcone è sulla spiaggia. Quando scendi in spiaggia, avrai un sacco di spazio per distendersi, in quanto non è affollato come i condomini a molti piani. C'è anche un parcheggio coperto gratuito! Ci piace!

Linda was very quick with getting back to us. We enjoyed the condo, it was the perfect size for our family.

Staying at Linda's condo was overall a fantastic experience - I have no regrets on choosing her place and I would recommend to others as well. There were 7 of us: 4 adults, 2 young kids, and an infant (10 months)
Pros:
- They have a pack and play for littles, AND it fits inside the Master closet. We kept the door cracked and loved not having to tiptoe around after 7:30 every night. Huge plus!
- Location is stellar. There are houses obscuring the view, but the listing is accurate - the view in person may even be a little better than the pics. The walk to the beach is so short it's laughable. With the 3 kids we had a TON of stuff and it was less than a 4 minute walk from door to ocean.
- Space: The condo fit the 7 of us pretty well - the living room had great seating for a group and plenty of floor space for the kids to play. The dining room table easily fit all 7 of us. The kitchen was pretty small, but it was workable. Everything was clean and worked well.
The only con:
- The noise. The walls are pretty thin. Our upstairs neighbors were night owls and I swear they were vacuuming at 11:30pm one night. There was a pool party at the pool on a Friday that lasted at least until 11pm. Not great, but we never had any issues after midnight and it never got so bad that we felt the need to make an official noise complaint.

We brought our 3 children to the beach for the first time and this property could not have been better for us. We were just steps away from the beach with our own private boardwalk access without the crazy high-rise feel. We became fast friends with others staying in the same complex. Close to all restaurants/other family friendly activities. We’re already planning our return trip.

Was as advertised. Great location, great atmosphere. Within walking/short drive distance of pretty much anything you could possibly need or want to do.

This is our favorite place to stay for our annual girls trip. Its quiet, the beach is beautiful and an overall lovely property! Can't wait to come back next year.

My husband and I had four 7-yr old girls with us and this was the perfect place. It was easy to get to, the condo was basically right on the beach (did not have to cross a road to get there), and the pool was handy when we got tired of the waves and it was spotless. The balcony was spacious and the condo was nicely decorated. It had everything we needed, such full-size toiletries, coffee and tea, washer/drier, lots of clean towels, extra pillows and blankets, the beds were comfy. Anyway, they had thought of everything and, other than food and personal things, we didn’t have to buy it bring anything g extra. We hope to be able to stay here again.
We did have trouble with the guests directly above us and when we told the manager, she was in pretty good communication with us. She was willing to take action but the checked out before that was necessary.

Our experience was nothing short of amazing, and we couldn't have asked for a better vacation rental.
The condo had stunning beach views that took our breath away every morning. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the waves crash against the shore while sipping our coffee. The condo itself was very well-maintained and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The game closet provided us with plenty of entertainment during the downtime, and the kitchen was well-stocked with some extras that made cooking a breeze.
The hosts were highly attentive and responsive to any issues that arose during our stay and we were very impressed with their level of professionalism and care for their guests. We felt like we were in good hands throughout our stay.
One of the best things about this condo was its location. It was right near wonderful shopping and eating places, and we particularly loved "Live Bait," which was right down the street. The convenience of having great dining options within walking distance was a huge plus for us.
Overall, we had an amazing time staying at this Vrbo condo, and we would definitely stay there again if we return to the area in the future. We highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing beac

The condo is in a great location. People were very friendly and most people I talked to are repeat visitors. The condo is very nicely decorated. Comfortable beds, great appliances and bathrooms. Linda promptly responded to any requests. We would stay there again. Best beach I’ve ever been to.

It was a nice condo for our needs, close to the beach, enough rooms for all 6 of us. Very clean kitchen, everything worked. Included soaps which was nice and right down the street from Walmart and Publix.

I can’t think of anything negative to say about this unit! 7 girls and more than enough room! Easy access to the unit. We spent all of our time at night on the balcony! Playing games and listening to music and sooo much room! One of my favorite balconies that we’ve ever had in a unit. Extra bathroom and cleaning supplies was provided and we didn’t even have to use ours. We will definitely be staying here in the future!

Our stay was wonderful! There was everything our family of 8 needed. (Travel with a 1yr old had pack-in-play and high chair). Just a short walk to the beach. The family also enjoy the pool!! Close to all the stores and souvenirs shops. Linda was very easy to contact and left a nice gift. We will definitely return in the future!!

First Timer
First time to Orange Beach and so happy we pulled the trigger and booked with Linda. Her condo was a perfect spot for us and our family. The condo was a great size for our family of four. We appreciated the little gifts for Easter that were left and coffee for the first morning we arrived.
The other guests of the complex were great too, everyone super friendly. My husband I are 100% coming back.
If you book note there is a chair rental on the beach so you can pay for umbrellas and chairs for the day or week.
No issues at all here. It’s a good rental. Highly recommend.

All of the comforts of home
Linda was a very communicative and gracious host. We were in town for a softball tournament with my family. We were greeted with goodies, coffee, snacks. All of the rooms were well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. Walk to the beach was short and easy. We will definetly stay here again.

Vacation Getaway
Linda (property owner) was wonderful to work with and responded super fast to questions! Place was roomy, close to beach and very clean. It had EVERYTHING we needed for a wonderful week stay! We will be back for sure! Also, loved the Orange Beach area! Everyone we encountered during our stay were so friendly and kind! Loved our time there!!

This condo was lovely. Well maintained, with lots of extras that were appreciated. Host is very quick to respond to questions and one small issue was quickly and professionally handled. We definitely enjoyed our 2 weeks here and would love to come back again. Thank you for a great time.
