You'll love this friendly small complex . Its a little gem hidden between the high rises. There is a grassy area for the kids to play, and a lovely boardwalk to the beach. The sandy beach is just steps away, and the boardwalk is perfect for pictures. The view of the beach is obstructed, but you do have some view from the huge 25 foot balcony. It's the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or meals. I love to sit on it and read! Walking distance to adventure island, restaurants, and shopping. This is in one of the few older complexes that is not a high rise left on the beach. We remodeled a few years ago. Master bath has a walk in shower. The balcony is beachside. When you go down to the beach, you will have plenty of room to spread out, as it is not as crowded as the high rise condos. There is even free covered parking! We love it!
