We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful condominium. It had plenty of room for our family to relax and enjoy ourselves. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils you need. The private hot tub was awesome!
The heated floors was another thing plus. It’s close to everything too. We will definitely be back!

We were in this area for my daughter’s mountain wedding. The lower level was perfect for the bride and attendants to get ready and upper level was great for family gatherings and meals. We will return!!!

Stayed here for a family vacation in the mountains. The condo was wonderful. Lots of room for our group of 6 adults and 3 children. Two separate living areas with four bedrooms gave us plenty of room to enjoy. The location is great being up in the mountains but only about one mile from town.

I really loved this property, the driveway is very steep, but the garage is large and clean so a car can easily fit in there, we have a Honda Odyssey and it fit fine.
The mattress pads were comfy, but didn't fit the beds properly for those sharing a bed. The listing did say there was a crib, but we didn't find it. The ladder in the bunk room was loose and there is a good sized gap between the mattress and the wall on the bottom bunk (just due to the way the bed is made) so our toddler slept there with a pillow tucked between. There was a little potty training topper for the toilet which was nice and there is a small seat for a dining table for littles.
We loved the kitchen, it had lots of necessities, but we didn't find many dishtowels.
The place overall was comfortable and clean and was great for our group with lots of sleep space and necessities. My only real issue was that there were very few directions on how we were supposed to leave things when we left so we kind of followed standard protocol for linens and dishes.

This was the perfect place. Neds are super comfy. Kitchen has everything you need. Nice to have the xtra tv room in basement for kids to hang out. Owner east to reach and helped with any issues. We would definitely go back!!!! Hot tub is a huge bonus.

We stayed here for a multi-generational ski trip to Copper Mountain. Close proximity to Silverthorne/Dillon shopping and easy access to the highway. The rental was very spacious and the kids enjoyed the bunk beds and downstairs TV. The hot tub was great after a long day of skiing! The queen beds have memory foam mattresses. The owners were very responsive about the minor issues that came up (finicky disposal, not enough washcloths). Our biggest issue was the steep driveway, which was not adequately cleared to access the garage safely while also respecting the neighbor’s property lines. Again, the owners were very responsive and ultimately sent a plowing company back out to address the problem. There seems to have been prior issues with the neighboring unit - the signs and security cameras and repeated warnings in the rental policies were very intimidating/disconcerting - however, we did not see anyone next door during our trip. Overall, we enjoyed the place and it was a comfortable stay.

This house was great and plenty of room to spread out (great for teens and adults traveling together). The kitchen was well stocked and the house was very comfortable. Only word of caution is that the driveway is very steep and gets very slippery when it has snowed. I myself fell walking down the driveway even though I was being super cautious when walking down the driveway. Maybe installing some steps down to the street would be helpful? And/or providing some salt or sand that can be put down on the driveway? My husband was with me who is on crutches and we had to drive him up the driveway so he could get in the house and even that was a challenge with snow on the driveway.

Good location, close to town and not far from the places we wanted to go. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 kids.

The house was clean, and met the needs of our group from a layout perspective. Unfortunately the beds caused the adults in the group to toss and turn all night, and we all felt exhausted all weekend. Pillow top pads were placed on top of the old mattresses and it made it challenging to get comfortable. Something that wasn’t clear in the booking was the lack of parking. This is a duplex not a standalone house so you need to fit all vehicles in the 1 car garage or on the very steep driveway out from the garage So plan ahead.

What a wonderful home to spend a family week ski vacation. Plenty of comfortable space to spread out for everyone. The beds were amazing and the view of the sunrise over the mountains from the couch was spectacular. We enjoyed the nearby x-country ski trails (and dog walks) and the hot tub at the end of the day. We saw the resident moose and fox! And the location could not have been better for exploring Copper and A Basin for some amazing skiing. The owner was extremely responsive and check in was a breeze. Thanks for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our time and stay at this property!
The house was easy to get to, and we appreciated the ability to park in the one car garage, as well as have plenty of parking for our friends staying with us in the drive way.
We enjoyed the hot tub, and we walked about 20 minutes up the hill for a beautiful hike at lily pad trail one day. We highly reccomend the fun/beautiful hike. If you're lucky, you can drive up the hill and find parking (not many spots to park).
Overall we loved the house, the comfy beds and the beautiful views from the property we rented!
Thanks so much for a wonderful place to stay!

We stayed for a long weekend with our adult children and grandson, plenty of room, we cooked in both nights. the kitchen was well stocked. Olivia was very helpful when we couldn't find the pack & play, she took my call right away and was very understanding. Great location as well, close to everything you need, we did some hiking and played golf at the Raven, awesome course. Next time we would like to stay longer!

The house was very comfortable for my family and being situated at the end of a cul-de-sac made it very quiet with barely any traffic. There are also some trails close by that we hiked. On one hike a moose was standing on the trail eating and blocking our way. We were able to shoot some video before heading up a different trail to avoid disturbing the moose. We didn't even have to leave the house as we saw 3 different moose at different times during our stay just wandering around the property. A family of foxes would also periodically stop by for a visit. With the town only a 10 minute drive away, a beautiful house, and all the wildlife so close by, made for a better than expected time away.

The place was excellent and prime location. Olivia was super helpful and communicative. My family came in from Pennsylvania, New York, and North Carolina, and we had plenty of space to spend quiet time together in the mountains. Everything you could need was already there, the TV, Furniture, Hot tub, Outdoor Patio, garage, and kitchen were all 10/10. Thank you again for being such a wonderful host and cannot wait to return!

Wisconsin couple met their California son & dog for a week at this wonderful Silverthorne area Vrbo. We enjoyed a quiet, fairly private week in this beautiful & well equipped home with daily trips to the Dillon Reservoir for dog walks, other nearby hikes, some pontooning, paddle boarding & biking, followed by some relaxing hot tubbing at home! We enjoyed dining out in Frisco & Dillon as well as some cooking at home! This was the best & longest stay we've had in the Frisco area for many years! Thank-you Olivia and manager Karen!

Fantastic location with quick mountain and lake access.
We really enjoyed our stay and it was great for our group of friends. Loved Silverthorne and the cabin was really cute and conveniently located. The kitchen was big enough and well supplied with enough cookware and plates to let us cook for 8 people no issue. We spent a good chunk of the weekend in the cabin and hot-tub and was exactly what we wanted.
The neighbors are a bit nosy and seem to be very aware this is a Vrbo listing because they came up to us while we were unloading and told us about previous guest horror stories and very politely informed us that the neighborhood 'has a hotline if we notice anything going on.' Ominous but she also said they had a church group start chanting in the street during a previous guest's stay so I guess as long as you're not annoying the neighbors this is a great rental and you should have no issues!

This was a beautiful townhome that worked perfectly for us, our son and daughter and 4 grandkids and a grand dog. Olivia was very helpful when we arrived and all of my info to access the home was on my phone that didn’t like the mountains and wouldn’t work. I highly recommend this home.

Perfect Fathers Day Weekend
There were 9 of us ranging in age from 11 to 67. There was plenty of space that we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils and the home had games and videos to keep everyone entertained. Olivia was attentive to my questions and made the experience easy. I would highly recommend staying here. Close to the lake, Frisco and Breckinridge.

Summer fun with family
We had a good time but would probably choose a different place next time. The online pictures didn't show the place accurately so it seemed the price was too high for what we actually got. The kitchen was smaller than the pictures showed, but it was well stocked and it was great that there was a washer and dryer. The beds were so-so. We enjoyed seeing the wildlife and liked that just outside the door were many different trails we could take.

We had a great time at this Silverthorn property. My father, 2 sisters, my wife, our 2 kids and I stayed here with our dogs for the first weekend in June. There was more than enough space for us to gather together in the dining and upstairs living room. The kitchen was well equipped and furniture was comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. We used the hot tub once and it was a nice way to spend the evening after a full day of adventures.
The only thing that took us aback was the condos neighbor’s signs/cameras. It was not difficult to stay on “our” side of the driveway as we only had two vehicles. But we guessed something may have happened in the past and that’s why it feels like they have a lot of warnings in place. We loved the whole area though so we would recommend this place.

We loved this place. So many pluses. Let me try and recount all of the good stuff:
1) 4 very comfortable beds in 4 very comfortable bedrooms.
2) A full kitchen with all that you may need including a huge fridge, oven and stove.
3) Two family rooms (one up and one down). We watched TV in the upstairs and DVD's in the down. They have a wide variety of DVD's to chose from. Excellent entertainment.
4) The hot tub! We would come in from a hard day of skiing and enjoy a soak in a well maintained hot tub.
5) A garage big enough for our full sized SUV. Though it snowed plenty, we were able to fit our SUV in the garage and keep it from the ice and snow outside.
The only draw back (and I do mean only) was the drive way. It it very steep. We had some...experiences getting our car down it due to ice build up (I am guessing multiple previous stays just kept driving over it and packing it down). Other than that one little thing, and it is what it is, it was an exceptional place. If you are coming during the late spring, summer, or early fall, you probably don't need to worry about it.
Thanks for a bunch of great family memories!
