ZC3 Gateway to Zion With Two Masters
Questa casa fa parte di un progetto più ampio per aiutare i visitatori della zona ad avere un ottimo posto dove stare mentre visitano Zion e il Bryce Canyon. Si chiama Zion's Camp and Cottages e consiste in quattro di questi cottage e 24 bunkhouses.
Abbiamo finito di costruire quattro di queste case nell'estate del 2017. Nel 2018 abbiamo finito i 24 bunkhouses, tutti sparsi su 3 acri. Abbiamo avuto affitti per le vacanze da oltre dieci anni e adoro aiutare le persone a trovare alloggi per il loro viaggio.
Ci sono due camere da letto con bagno in ognuna. Ogni camera da letto ha un letto king size e un divano letto doppio con un normale materasso, che è più comodo di un letto o futon, e funge anche da divano nella camera da letto.
La cucina è completamente attrezzata e ha tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici e ripiani in granito.
C'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice a grandezza naturale per il vostro uso.
C'è un ottimo negozio di alimentari a pochi isolati di distanza che tutti amano.
Abbiamo una giravolta per waffle e un mix per iniziare la tua giornata.
Pensiamo che amerai stare con noi. Questo posto funziona alla grande quando due famiglie indipendenti viaggiano insieme.

Loved the space of this. It was clean and had its own driveway. Very pleasant and easy stay. The few comments I have are the front room twin bed was super squeaky and rickety. Just needs to be tightened up. Same with the coffee table (very wobbly like it would fall over any minute). And the doors were squeaky and need some WD-40. Super easy fixes! Hopefully management gets to it. I would stay again even still!

We were driving from AZ to Park City, Utah, and needed a one night stay after we hit Zions National Park. This little place was perfect for myself, my daughter, son-in-law and their 21 month old (my granddaughter). It was clean, cozy and just a beautiful property in a nice little neighborhood and town with a lot of restaurants and shopping around. I highly recommend this little house for a short or long stay. We will likely be back as we always go to Park City for one week in the Summer for the past 30 years. We'd love to stay more than just one night next time.

We had been hiking at Zion and were anxious to check in and relax. Upon entering, it was obvious the first bed was messy. After further inspection, there was popcorn and hair in the bed. Towels were stacked up on the washer and no towels in the bathroom. I contacted Rich the host and sent him pictures. He replied quickly and sent someone to change all of the bedding and provide fresh towels. It was still a bit unsettling knowing the bathrooms weren't cleaned at all. We were only there one night so we made the best of it. Rich did refund me the cleaning fee and half of the base rent. The other rental properties didn't appear to be the best area.
