Place was as advertised. Located perfectly near great restaurants and an awesome little park for our toddler. The views from the home are incredible and it's such a blessing to be able to walk right out the back and have toes in sand in a few seconds. Owners thought of everything. Plenty of chairs and beach stuff! We will be back for sure!

After canceling & rescheduling a couple of times due to Covid, we finally made it to the aptly-named Cloud 9 in September 2021. Our week's stay was nothing short of incredible. The house is stunning beyond description, and it includes every amenity you could possibly ever need. The kitchen is well stocked with anything & everything necessary to cook a full gourmet meal, including high-end chef-quality appliances. The pool & beach areas are simply gorgeous, and they are fully equipped with everything from simple pool floaties to kayaks and paddleboards, as well as beach chairs and umbrellas. There's also a bathroom near the pool for those inevitable little ones' potty breaks (and the big ones' too!) The bedrooms are spacious with some of the most comfortable beds any of us have ever slept in. This home is perfect for a family getaway or a vacation with friends, especially since every room includes it's own en-suite full bathroom. Oh, did I mention the elevator? The ELEVATOR! An absolute godsend for hauling heavy suitcases, or exhausted humans, between floors. Rick, Lyn, Maria, and everyone else associated with Cloud 9 and Serendipity made our entire process from start, to reschedule, to reschedule again, to finish easy and stress-free. Communication was fantastic and any minor issues were dealt with promptly. I wouldn't hesitate to book again with them on this or any of their other properties.

We had an excellent stay at Cloud 9! It surpassed our expectations and we did not want to leave. The house included everything you could possibly need or want during a weeks stay - pool and beach toys and floats, kayaks, paddle boards, etc. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and so many small things were available to us that made our stay even better (cooking needs, etc)! The beds were very comfortable and it was so nice for everyone to have their own private bathroom. The property was immaculate when we showed up. You can tell they really pay attention to the details and want to make your stay wonderful! Ric was just a text or call away with anything that came up! I can’t imagine finding a better rental on the island! We would definitely book here again, over and over! Highly recommend!

They provided dish soap, laundry detergent, 4 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, sponges, and more! Everything was so nice, clean, and new and there was ample beach toys, boards, paddles, and floats! Beware of the pool though if you have littles! The bottom is extremely rough and my kids legs got tore up.

Cloud 9 is truly a slice of heaven by the beach. The home is beautifully crafted and designed with all the furnishings and upgraded features that left us never wanting to leave. Sconces, chandeliers, cozy beds, a kitchen stocked with top of the line appliances and all the equipment for any chef, a beautiful pool, a hottub that doubles as a gorgeous water feature and dolphins that swim in a beach so close to the property, it's like you can touch them. I truly loved ever minute of our stay. Working with Rick and Lori (the property manager) was amazing as they treated you like friends and truly care to make your stay as relaxing and as amazing as possible. We can't wait to come back again!!

Everything you could ask for in a vacation, and more. Beautiful home, to die for views, and anything you needed as close as your phone. The management and owners were always there if a problem arose. We will definitely be coming back and renting property from Rick and Lyn Puskas. Their manager Lori couldn’t have been nicer.

Cloud Nine is truly a perfect family vacation. The home is brand new and has everything you need to feel like you are in paradise. A view, luxurious accommodations and a pool and spa to watch sunrise and sunset. The kitchen is fully stocked with the nicest cookware and supplies. The view of the ocean is incredible with wall to wall windows that open completely to feel the ocean breeze. The Kyack’s and paddle boards add to the resort feel. And the golf cart offers a fun way to go into town for dinner, ice cream or morning donuts. I can’t speak more highly of this property!

Everything you could possible wish for and more!

This home has everything, great location, wonderful views, outstanding amenities, professionally decorated, and owners that are extremely customer service oriented. We had a great stay with our family for the last week of summer before school started back and hope to return to Cloud 9 next year!

We can’t say enough about Cloud 9. We have been staying at Rick and Lynne’s properties for 5 years now and are never disappointed. This house is by far the most beautiful one yet. It has everything you could need for the perfect vacation. They always go above and beyond to accommodate you. Lori the property manager was also extremely helpful she was always there for the few problems that came up during the week. Looking forward to next year already

This house has everything but a cigarette boat. We've stayed at Rick's properties in the past and they are all fantastic. Lori was extremely help before, during, and after the stay. Having the pool in the back of the house allowed us to watch the kids when we sat on the beach. We spent most days on the back patio swimming, cooking, and hanging out. I really don't know if there is anything I would change. We were definitely very happy with this house and very sad to leave.

The views from the home and pool are breathtaking. It’s truly majestic. The bunk beds in the unlisted bonus room make it easy to have kids in the home. The Kayaks they provide make a sunset in the calm gulf a movie like experience. This home has everything to be the comfort of home but the luxury of a 5 Star Vacation.

They had everything of recreational water play that you can think of such as kayaks, paddle boards, pool floats, etc. The house also includes a 6 passenger golf cart, 4 adult bikes, and 1 child bike with training wheels. The house was very clean, tidy, and organized. The pool and the spa was also very clean. It felt like home away from home. The house was lightly stocked with some food related items, bottles of wine, coffee pods, and zip locked bags. We were throughly impressed by all the details in the house like the labels on light switches. We were very sad to leave but we will be back. A huge thank you for Rick, Lyn, and Lori for their thoughtfulness and hospitality. Truly an amazing place! Best, Lauren and Kevin

This is our third stay with Rick and Lyn and once again it was all fantastic. Cloud 9 was a perfect house with everything needed to have a great time with the family. The pool on the beach side was excellent and very enjoyable. The kitchen appliances were great to cook with and mid week house cleaning was really nice as well. We have already booked for next year since we liked it so much.

I wish their was more then 5 stars to give this house. My extended family , children and grandkids . all 7 of us . really enjoyed the house and all of the amenities. Their are kayaks paddle boards bicycles tennis racquets and toys for the grandkids The view is more then amazing and the owners are great people who go out of their way to accommodate their guests . Its a first class experience ...my only tiny wish is to have a real dart board like the owners have at their other house

Just an amazing, tranquil and beautiful home with views to die for! The house has every amenity you could ever possibly need and then some. Lori was great, to welcome us and show us around, and checked in to see if there was anything we needed. Great for families, something for everyone! We have fallen in love with AMI after staying on Siesta for 8 years. Plenty to do if you wish, or for us, relaxing and reading by the beach with no agenda. SO easy to be lazy! Home again, renewed and refreshed! See you next year!

Our stay at Cloud 9 was beyond amazing. We enjoyed the entire home- both inside and out. From the moment we walked in the door, it was evident that a lot of thought was put in to each and every detail of the home.
