Spacious and Inviting Vacation House in Spello, Umbria
La casa si trova nel centro storico di Spello, all'interno delle mura medievali della città, subito dopo l'ingresso principale della città, Porta Consolare.
Situato in posizione centrale, tutte le comodità sono raggiungibili a piedi (stazione ferroviaria, fermate degli autobus, alimentari, ufficio postale, municipio, ristoranti, bar, caffetteria, lavanderia, farmacia e assistenza medica).
Ci sono posti auto disponibili proprio di fronte alla casa (pagamento richiesto, gratuito di notte). Il parcheggio gratuito è a soli 3 minuti a piedi.
La casa è molto spaziosa e accogliente, adatta a una famiglia di massimo 6 o due coppie. Tutte le camere possono ospitare comodamente culle o lettini per bambini, se necessario.
La cucina è completamente attrezzata con piano in travertino e nuovi elettrodomestici e i due bagni sono completi di lavandini, bidet, gabinetti e docce

My wife and I spent a month in Spello at this house, having never rented a place for that long. Any worries that we had were answered perfectly. The few problems that arose early in our stay (plumbing and lighting problems, malfunctioning dishwasher) were handled with dispatch my the charming house manager Anna. The location of the house was ideal, close to parking when we rented a car and walking distance to the train when we chose that. Spello is magical with its old stone buildings and peaceful, at least when the tourist tide subsides each evening
The house itself is very comfortable, well-equipped, with extraordinary care taken in the renovation of the old building. I was especially impressed by the windows - the soundproofing was amazing on what is a busy road and the hardware was great. We've rented many vacation homes over the years and this was easily one of the very best we've ever stayed in. It was the perfect choice for an extended stay. Grazie mille!

Spent 5 nights in Spello. The house is on the main street of Spello. You are walking distance to restaurants and shops. The house was clean with two showers. The bed in main bedroom was super comfortable. We had no problems with our stay. Spello is a wonderful spot to tour Umbria.

Oh you are going to love this home! Spello is a very special spot, great for a short on long stay and this home is like the icing on the cake.
Simply wonderful, surprising lovely throughout and absolutely pristine.
Equipped with everything you could need, modern, fresh restoration of a classically styled Italian residence, with restaurants, cafes, shopping and more right outside your front door.
Communication was faultless with the property owner and free parking was a short five minutes away, which is amazing in a popular Hill Town.
Spello itself is truly magical and well located to so many of the must see Umbrian sites.
Yes this property is a few dollars more than some in the area, but it is in my mind it is well worth the owner’s ask. Lots of space, beautifully decorated right down to the stunning bed linens.
