Il 302 ha tutto il necessario per una piacevole vacanza al mare nella nostra 1300 piedi quadrati, due camere da letto, due bagni. Non si tratta solo dei tramonti che possono essere visti dal soggiorno, dalla camera matrimoniale e da due balconi; bene, forse lo è. Eppure, il 302 è più di questo. È la facilità di cucinare con tutti i comfort di una cucina moderna e ben attrezzata. È la comodità di avere una lavatrice e asciugatrice all'interno dell'unità. È la nostra piscina, vasca idromassaggio e meravigliosa pesca sul nostro molo con illuminazione notturna. Luci spente a mezzanotte, ma a volte più tardi. Prenota in anticipo, in modo da non perdere il divertimento! Prenotiamo con un anno di anticipo. Numero di permesso SPI 2018-421182.

Excellent stay by the bay! The location was beautiful, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the host was very friendly and helpful. The peaceful waterfront views made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay."

Overall great place to rent for the weekend. The host was very nice. The process was a little out of the norm for me at least filling out paperwork for the rules. I am not a huge fan of HOA. They can be pretty annoying and I've heard stories about condos that have that. However here as long as your discreet about your stay and are respectful I feel like you're fine. The people who are there at the condo also great. The fishing spot was great caught myself a 22 inch red fish, and my lord there is a monster black drum swimming around that dock! I got a good look at it in the morning has to be about 32 inches or more. Only issue I had was the parking, when inviting my family over, there's really not much options. They have to park really far away from the condo little bit of a let down. Other than that it was great! I would recommend this to anyone who wants to fish and have a good time. Also a tip! There is a time that the fish are active and biting. I think it's the morning and afternoon. At night I wasn't getting much luck and neither where the other guests could have also been the tides but for me I was catching and getting bites in the day time.

I loved the fishing. And an easy trip to get to the beach. The views were so beautiful. And the owners were very responsive!

Owners were very helpful and nice. They were quickly able to rectify a not so good experience upon arriving at the condo. Cleaning crew did not show to clean or change out linen from last tenants. They were able get someone to come and clean that night. Besides that we had a very relaxing and fun time. Beautiful sunset in the evening made it all worthwhile.
