Immerso in West Beach, questo delizioso casa a 210 € per notte è un fantastico scelta per il tuo prossimopausa. Ciao, mi chiamo Michael Moranz e ho un comprovato record di noleggio. Sono stato affittato su VRBO dal 2003. Sono orgoglioso di offrire una vacanza eccellente ad un grande valore.
Questo è un fantastico condominio a due piani sulla spiaggia! Nessuno sopra di voi o sotto di voi. L'unico 'VERO BASSA DENSITA' COMPLESSO 'sul Golfo! Solo 40 unità e 250 piedi di fronte alla spiaggia! Nessun grattacielo accanto a voi su entrambi i lati. No ostruita vista. Grande Famiglia Complex! Non ci sono ascensori per aspettare su! Nessun lunghe rampe di scale! Vista mare da ogni camera! Due balconi con sedie sgabelli in metallo. Garage privato (due auto) sotto unità. Nessun lunga passeggiata dal parcheggio. Il garage privato è meraviglioso per l'uso come un barbecue e grigliate patio. Bistecche alla griglia da una griglia Weber più recente mentre osservi le onde infrangersi a pochi metri di distanza.

Qualcosa che non hanno in un grattacielo! Due ampie camere da letto e due grandi bagni al secondo piano, con una terrazza privata al largo della principale. Cucina, sala da pranzo, 1/2 bagni e un ponte fuori del soggiorno al primo piano. Ha lavatrice e asciugatrice in unità. Esci dalla tua porta nel tuo garage privato, poi sulla spiaggia a 20 metri di distanza. 1200 metri quadrati di spazio vitale!

We loved our condo at Gulfside Townhomes. It was very clean and well decorated. Michael is very easy to communicate with and answers texts promptly. We loved our time there.

Location was perfect. Easy access to the beach just a few steps away.
Unit is outdated and kitchen is not fully stocked of normal kitchen essentials as in pots, pans no oven mitt.
Upstairs has shag carpet
One of the balcony chairs was broken and mirror on the closets door was broke.
Also bath tub/showers are very hard to get into. Tight space with glass doors on them so you are climbing around.
The townhouse community itself is nice. Will likely look for a more updated unit in same location next time.

The location is right on the beach which was nice. The pool is larger than most other condo resorts. The one thing we didn't have is a pantry in the kitchen. There was no storage for food items we brought with us. The beach is more crowded since there is public access next to the townhomes. Traffic was an issue each time we went out to eat. It would be nice if Gulf Shores had a free transit so people could go up and down the beaches and not have to get in the car every time they wanted to go somewhere.

We had a great time in Gulf Shores. The property has many Pros: excellent location. You are literally just a few steps to the beach. There is a small wooden walkway with a water hose to rinse off the sand. I think it may have taken us 1-2 minutes to reach the Ocean from our condo. The pool is also just a few feet away with convenient showers to rinse off and several tables with umbrellas. The pool was very clean. There are multiple lounge chairs as well. The entire complex was very family friendly. Our children were running around from the beach to the pool (with supervision) and everyone was very nice. The unit itself is as described with a very handy washer and dryer. The refrigerator and dishwasher appear to be band new.
Cons: Our unit’s floors were not cleaned properly before our arrival. And there were a few other areas that needed a deep cleaning. Michael responded immediately and attempted to send a cleaner out- but we were at the beach. Michael did respond promptly with any questions or concerns.
Overall, we had a great experience and would book again.

We loved this property. It was close to the beach which is what we want. It wasn't the newest, but that doesn't matter to us. We want clean and on the beach. This property delivered both of those. Check in/out was simple. No issues.

We have stayed in a different townhome at Gulfside Townhomes in the past. This specific unit was so dirty when we arrived. Sand was all in the coffee table. An old candy wrapper with chocolate was left in a basket of books beside the sofa. I found a large tack in the carpet at the bottom of the master bedroom. It was a very sharp, long tack that would have hurt tremendously had someone stepped on it. There was also a lot of sand in the master bathtub.
Other than the unit not being cleaned well when we arrived, everything else was great!

If beach is your thing...this is it. Right on the beach and easy access. This condo is a single unit with parking right under for your vehicle. Note* you must climb stairs to access the unit and inside you must access bedrooms via stairs also. There were beach chairs available although we had brought our own. It was clean and stocked with a "starter" supply of what you need and there are plenty of places within walking distance or a short drive to get you what you need. Beds were clean and comfortable. I was a little dismayed about being carpeted in the main living area and bedrooms being a beach unit, but it didn't really bother us. It was plenty of room as it was just a couple but it's big enough to accomodate three couples if one of them wants to sleep on the couch. We used both balconies extensively. The complex is quiet. The pool is clean and spacious as well. The unit needs some updating but all-in-all it was a very pleasant stay.

Great location. Located on beach once you walk outside the complex. Great view. Located near downtown shopping and dining. Two separate decks to sit on and watch gulf. Owner great communication and local recommendations.

This place never disappoints
This is the second year in a row we have rented this townhome. We love the townhome, the complex, the views, and the fact the beach is literally right there. The small complex is so laid back and peaceful. We will be back year after year after year, the owner is so nice and very responsive if you ever need anything at all. You will not be disappointed renting this townhome!

Perfect for families. We have a 10yo and a 6yo. The pool is pretty big and has a deep end. The closeness to the beach is also amazing. The beach wasn't too busy. It appears that college kids use the public access next door but just set up your stuff a bit off to the right and you'll be fine.
The unit was clean. I really liked the set up with covered parking, nice size living room, bedrooms upstairs, 2.5 bathrooms, and a balcony on each floor.
I also appreciate that the check out procedures aren't obnoxious.
The location is nice in that it isn't too busy on the beach but it's still close to restaurants and things like putt putt.
Will definitely stay here again.

Gulfside Townhomes
We loved everything about our stay. The updates are great! We had some pretty bad storms and some leaking, but Michael was quick to respond and follow up to see what he could do to help from far away. The pool is great and close to all units. The beach is literally right there! Staying beach side is something we wanted to do with young kids and we are so glad we did. Bring your own hose for the water spigot, keychains for the keys to the condo and extra TP! Great stay! Thank you.
