Reviewer Comments:
Not happy with it. Air came in all the time we were there. Furniture broken down and old. Loud noises of the morning. Working on the building. Not happy with it at all. Wish I could have gotten our money back.

We paid for the view. It was gorgeous ocean-view sunrise every morning. Room needs an update. Carpeting shows wear and a couple of stains. One of the showers needed a good scrubbing. No small thing: the toilet seats were flimsy and cheap, and there was only 1 toilet paper refill for two bathrooms. Sea Breeze Realty - which handled our condo unit — needs to improve. They’d text w info and twice, I immediately replied with questions — easy stuff like is there an Roku and can we check out at 11 anm instead of 10, and didn’t get any replies from them. We also heard terrible stories about business practices of Sea Breeze Realty from a pair of condo owners. Yikes. Will stay again at Royal Garden Resort but will deal directly with a condo owner for the next rental.
