Fai un salto indietro nel tempo nel Chatterton's Cottage, un'accogliente casa con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni che può ospitare fino a 9 persone. Un'ampia collezione di opere d'arte d'epoca e fotografie coprono le pareti e il soggiorno ha un bellissimo camino in pietra (legno fornito in stagione). Una cucina completamente attrezzata è aperta sul soggiorno. I comfort moderni includono TV satellitare, WiFi e lavatrice e asciugatrice. L'ampio ponte privato ha un barbecue a gas e una finestra di passaggio dalla cucina, perfetta per grigliare il tuo pasto preferito mentre ti godi la vista su Yosemite. La casa risale agli anni '20 ed è stata recentemente rinnovata. La casa è * animali domestici, massimo 2 animali domestici.

The cabin is historical, nothing modern about it, i.e. dishwasher. It has everything a group would need and is nestled in the WAWONA time warp of days of old, when Yosmite was first being visited. Be sure to visit the historical site with the covered bridge.

I was a bit concerned when renting this property due to the mixed results, but wow was I pleasantly surprised.
The kitchen was fully stocked and I mean FULLY stocked with every cooking tool you need.
The bedrooms were a bit small but had enough beds to sleep 3 couples comfortably. Unfortunately, we had 4 couples.
The patio area is gorgeous. Lying on the hammock with the string lights or under the moonlight was peaceful and centering.
The living room is a bit small but enough to relax while you wait for your group to explore Yosemite.
It is just inside the south park entrance so the drive to Glacier point and the Valley are about 45 mins away.
I would 10/10 recommend this place to friends and family and I would stay in this location again.

Problems with Internet in the evenings. Plumbing wasn't up to par. Rustic cottage was cute but the carpets were filthy. Kitchen had everything necessary which was nice.
