Completamente rinnovato dentro e fuori casa 3 camere da letto 3 bagni situato nella zona di Mill Creek di Incline Village. Questa posizione a bassa quota si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dall'Hyatt, ea 10 minuti a piedi dalle splendide spiagge private di Incline Village.
Questa casa si trova su uno splendido e incontaminato lotto di 1/3 acri, circondato da alberi di pino, che offre una varietà di opzioni di intrattenimento, tra cui un sistema audio Sonos nella tana, cucina, terrazza e campo da bocce, TV a schermo piatto da 42 pollici, DVD giocatore, videoregistratore nella tana. Il soggiorno ha un bellissimo camino a gas, TV a schermo piatto da 32 pollici, lettore DVD e un comodo divano componibile per rilassarsi. C'è un grande ponte (675 piedi quadrati) al largo della cucina con un barbecue a gas e un campo da bocce professionalmente costruito nel cortile ideale per intrattenere o rilassarsi. We had a great stay at this property. The home was clean, comfortable, and the layout was perfect for our family of 5. The location worked wonderfully- close to the ski slopes, supermarket and restaurants, yet tucked in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Since it was winter, we didn’t get to enjoy the backyard, but it looked large and inviting. We would definitely come back and stay here again.

Amazing location, expansive remodeled floor plan, and fabulous spot for a week with family. Super clean and welcoming just minutes from shopping, dining, and Casino. Two kiddos loved the backyard play-set while the adults played Bocci. Well stocked and easy to check-in/check-out with property management. We will be back!

This home is clean, well appointed, beautiful, comfortable and conveniently located. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience preventing me from ever wanting to stay again. As my family and I were in the middle of checking in for a sailboat cruise on the lake the owner called me and asked if I had a dog on the property. I told him I flew in from NC and didn't own a dog. He said his neighbor keeps a close eye on the property and sent him a picture of the dog. I told him again it wasn't my dog. At this point my family leaves me on the phone to go get us checked in. He then states again that the neighbor is a great neighbor and asked if I wanted to see a picture of the dog. Well, no! I don't care what the dog looks like, I don't own a dog and I'm trying to make my sailboat cruise. He then asks if I care if he calls the pound on the dog. Again, I answer no. It's not my dog, I don't care what you do with the dog, I have to go. I called him the next morning to inquire about this so called dog and he said he didn't pursue it any further! After all he put me through! And he never once apologized.. So....nice home....take your chances.
