The property was well stocked from linens, towels, to soaps, snacks and coffee! The owner communicated well before hand with detailed instructions. The kids loved having an indoor pool. We also took advantage of on-site bike rental which was easy. Good location on the island. Enjoyed the property!

I loved everything about this property! Tara gets an A+ from me. The property was stocked completely with almost anything you could need for a beach vacation. There were chairs, floaties, Beach cart, I mean anything. The location was fantastic and Central to almost everything. We did not have a want in the world. Just reiterate that Tara's communication is fantastic and I would highly recommend this property.

We had an amazing time. The condo was well equipped. Beach towel, washer/dryer, beach cart, toys, games, blender, etc, etc. I would highly recommend staying here. Great resort and fun for all ages. Owner communications were excellent.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This condo truly had everything we needed. We kept finding more and more things that made us say “Wow! They’ve really thought of everything!” Examples: crib in the primary bedroom, sound machines and fans in every room, smart tv in every room, soaps, well stocked kitchen with items like coffee maker, soaps, aluminum foil, ziplocks, etc. Traveling with a family, there was little we needed to pack. There’s a beach cart, beach towels, ample bath towels, a locker filled with beach needs like a wagon, chairs, umbrellas, toys…I’m telling you, this condo has it all. We loved having a balcony, as we noticed most units at this resort do not have one. The living room was very cozy with a large comfy couch, a “chair and a half” that was so comfy we fought over it ;) and a large screen smart tv. The wifi was perfect. Really we don’t have any complaints about the unit! The only *very minor* thing we noticed is how long the walk to the beach was. But this was simply because we came with three very little kids. If it was just me and my husband, the walk is not bad at all. There’s also a shuttle that takes you a good bit of the way, making it easier. I only mention this to prepare those that may be traveling with littles. We made the best of it though and saw it as a great way to get some exercise and really tire out the kids so that their naps were even better. Overall EXCELLENT experience!!!!

We loved this condo! Clean, beautifully furnished with lots of extra touches! Well stocked kitchen with quality cookware. Being able to use the beach chairs and cart was much appreciated. It’s a little bit of a hike to the beach, but we really didn’t mind at all. All in all we had s great time and would definitely book this condo again! Only suggestion would be to have a mirror in the bedrooms. Just to make getting ready to go to dinner a little easier!

Everything was just as listed. The condo was beautifully decorated and everything we needed for our stay was there. My 4 yo daughter loved all the toys and the 10 and 15 yo enjoyed their space in the bunk room. Toys, carts, and supplies for the beach came in handy and were conveniently located and the beach was gorgeous. You can beat the amenities provided by the resort and should you have a rainy day during your stay like we did, there are plenty of games, movies, and an indoor pool to give you something to do. Tara was very easy to reach and provided all the details we needed. We are already planning our next stay here!!

Villa was well equipped. Had everything we needed. Walk fairly long to the beach (as expected) but it was very hot. The board walk was nice and supples to get to and from we’re very helpful.

Thoughtfully laid out property that was great for our family
My family had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was very thoughtfully laid out to accommodate our three young children, as well as my parents who were staying with us. Honestly, this is one of those rare properties where you only need to pack the necessities, because everything else you might need is going to be available on site. Everything was clean, well-decorated, and pretty-well updated.
The balcony of this property overlooks a pool, which was the first place my kids wanted to be each morning. Out the front door, you're overlooking tennis courts, which are well lit if you're interested in a late game of pickleball.
I was a little nervous about the long board-walk, as I'd broken my foot weeks before vacation. However, there is a free shuttle (golf cart) that runs on a schedule that can take you to and from the beach.

On line listing was deceptive about ease of using the resort beach shuttle. Shuttle had limited hours of operation across about a 3/4 mile boardwalk to access a terrific beach, typical of Hilton Head Island. Shuttle access point was approximately 1/2 mile from Building 4.

Tara’s 3 bedroom 2 bath condo was perfect for our surprise Mother’s Day getaway. Tara provides you with everything you could possibly need while visiting HHR. The walk on the boardwalk over the beach was nice. Coco’s at the end of the boardwalk was great for lunch and adult drinks .Kids enjoyed the heated indoor pool in the evening. Tara was always quick to respond to any questions I may have. We definitely will be back to visit.

Located mid island with easy access to everything the island offers, this attractively decorated villa boasts a well-appointed kitchen., comfy living room. 3 bedrooms with comfy mattress.es and 2 baths. Don’t let the lack of a tub dissuade you from renting. (We purchased an inflatable tub for our 2 year old and he loved it). Amenities are too long to list however an indoor and outdoor pool and easy access to the beach were tops on our list and this bills delivered. Would definitely stay again! Perfect little condo only 5 minute walk to the beach. I would recommend driving to the beach instead of walking if you have children just because it’s 3 buildings over. But the views at the beach are great and the condo has a pool right below.

Great Family Getaway!
Tara’s 3 bedroom 2 bath condo was perfect for our surprise Mother’s Day getaway. Tara provides you with everything you could possibly need while visiting HHR. Loved the condo. Great response back from the owner when we sent messages. The walk to the beach is not great. If you were to rent the umbrella and chairs from the beach then it wouldn’t be so bad. When you have to carry all the chairs, the tent and the cooler then it is awful!

A bit of a walk to the beach but it is in the building with the quiet pool which we really liked. Chairs there and beach toys! Nice balcony overlooking the pool at night. Washer and dryer was great to have. We couldn't figure out the key code to get the keys so I gave the check-in a 4 star but just used the key pad which was fine. Great location near Shelter Cove and Cocos on the beach. We have tried a few condos at this resort and this is by far the best beds and amenities!

The condo was very nice, they included lots of things for the beach, which was very nice since we did not have to bring them. The kitchen had nice appliances, and the washer and dryer in the unit was also a nice thing to have. Overall this was a amazing ace and we had a very good vacation.
