Communication was great, and overall we really enjoyed the home. The property itself is beautiful, and the amenities were a big plus. The hot tub was very clean, and the SHARC passes, ping pong table, bikes, and outdoor setting added a lot to the stay. That said, there were a few issues that kept it from being a 5-star experience. Some of the blankets and bedding appeared dirty when we arrived, the outside furniture was covered in pollen, the downstairs area was noticeably colder than the upstairs, and there were no trash bags provided, which was surprising given how well-stocked the rest of the house was. We also noticed quite a few small spiders inside, though that is somewhat understandable given the forested setting.Overall, this is a great home in a gorgeous location with good amenities. It just felt like the cleaning and upkeep could use a little more attention beyond the surface level. With a more thorough cleaning between guests, this would easily be a 5-star stay.

The house was well appointed and clean. The kitchen is a bit snug (we like to cook), and the living room could use one more chair or sofa. It is in a residential neighborhood outside of Sunriver, so be prepared to drive into the village. Thank you!

Reviewer Comments:
We have booked this home several years. It’s in a great location, and in a quiet place. Not far from the store or fort rock, really not far from anything really. We always bike ride the entire Sunriver area. We have gone to the falls as well. This year we flared the river. Perfect home for our family of 7.

House was okay. Seemed very far North so long bike rides to most places. The house needs some maintenance.
