We loved the proximity to the beach. The condo is good size for a couple. The showers are walk in and nicely renovated which we appreciated a lot. The owners were very responsive and accommodating to our requests. We already booked for our next stay!

Great location, right by boardwalk to the beach. Nicely decorated and clean. Fairly poorly equipped. Toaster broken. No hot pads for the oven. When we arrived, there was not a bedding set for the fold out couch.
The host did call housekeeping when asked and they brought us bed sheets (sadly after we’d already had to figure out another option for our kids to go to sleep) and hot pads (that smelled very strongly of mold).
Overall, pros and cons but the location, cleanliness, and the fact you could tell the host was trying bring it to a 4.

This was a great place to spend a few days at the beach. The view was amazing. The owners provided all that you need and were great hosts. I hope to stay there again.

My husband and I stayed here a few weeks ago with our dogs since other family members were staying nearby at a larger house that did not permit pets. The condo was just right for us, though we didn't really cook or eat there aside from breakfast and we spent a lot of time hanging out with family at the other house. The location is excellent with a nice view from the porch and an easy route to take our dogs over to walk on the beach. The house was clean and the bed and furniture very comfortable. The bathrooms look like they have been redone, and they are beautiful. Loved the shower! The only things that need attention perhaps are the older blinds in the bedroom and the dishwasher which works okay but not great. Otherwise, we loved it and will probably rent again.

Wonderful property (very comfortable and clean) with great sunset views and fantastic access to the beaches and all of the surrounding amenities. The check in process was a breeze and property owners (Jeff and Pam) were engaged without being the least bit intrusive.
We would totally stay here again.

We had a great time at Seabrook! Beautiful condo with everything you need for a wonderful stay! Since our kids are grown, my husband and I take one vacation a year with just us. We love the privacy and carefree lifestyle of Seabrook Island! And the locals are so friendly! Our hosts answered all our questions and the condo was clean and comfortable and a short walk to the beach over the boardwalk! We got to take our dog too and he loved it there as well! We would definitely recommend!!

Beautiful villa right on the beach . My husband and I stayed for a month and can’t wait to come back again next spring . The Villa was clean and comfortable . It had everything we needed for preparing meals . The sunsets were beautiful right from the deck . We saw dolphins almost daily as we walked the beach . It was also very nice to be able to use the amenity card for the Club pool . Communication with the owners was very good . They have made everything very easy to enjoy a beautiful beach experience .

This was a great place for us and our 2 dogs. The furniture and bed are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The view from the deck is awesome and it’s a great place to relax. You can even get that great view from the kitchen. We used it as a base to see things around the Charleston area which worked out great. Highly recommend and would stay here again. And it’s also just a very short walk down to the beach

Excellent location, clean condo, overall nice but a few updates to the small kitchen appliances would be good (I.e. the microwave did not work).

A few hiccups when I first got there but was able to straighten out. I do think the microwave should be replaced immediately and updating of cookware would have been nice as well. Overall it was a very nice condo and the view was fantastic!

We fell in love with Seabrook on our honeymoon several years ago. Our first stay was at Pelican Watch. We had to return for our anniversary! This villa has gorgeous views. We’ve enjoyed stunning sunsets from the deck. The condo itself is well appointed and perfect for couples! The owners are friendly and responsive. Book this villa, and you’re guaranteed to make beautiful memories!

This property has a beautiful view and is in a great location. We found the unit to be very clean, in excellent condition and with very comfortable furniture and bedding. The bathrooms are roomy and well appointed with tile enclosed showers .The kitchen is small but very functional and met all of our needs. What is fantastic is the view and direct access to the Edisto River and ocean beach. We had beautiful morning walks with feeding dolphins almost in arms length and the sunsets were magnificent. We enjoyed the nearby Freshfields Village market with several restaurant options and the Salty Dog at the nearby Bohicket Marina. We also had a great brunch in historic Charleston at 82 Queen and the travel back and forth was relatively quick - 45 minutes- and no problem. We have been to many VRBO properties and highly recommend this rental for a relaxing vacation.

This was our first visit to Seabrook Island and won't be our last. Pam and Jeff (owners) communicated with us well during our reservation process. Their property was clean and comfortable for the 2 of us. We have stayed in the Wild Dunes area for many many years, so it will take us time to learn our way around the Seabrook area but we are looking forward to doing so.

We were shocked by a lot of things. First of all, Riverfront - very different than Oceanfront. Yes, there is a small beachfront walk at low tide, but a lot of debris from the marsh makes it a difficult walk. Pool Club & Beach is a short driving distance. Beach parking (for renters) is a long walking distance.
Renters are treated like second hand citizens, even though the island needs their support to provide facilities that are way over priced.
Our Villa was tastefully decorated, upgrades in bathrooms were beautiful and bed was comfortable. Towels were from Motel 6 & kitchen pans were difficult to use. No Icemaker, but trays provided.
We visited for a week, because we were curious about the area. Unless I am at Club Med Member - I don't want an Amenity Card again.

Jeff and Pam are wonderful owners, very responsive to any questions or situations. Their unit was very clean, beds are comfortable, and kitchen was well stocked. You can't be the location and easy beach access. They even include amenity cards, which you need to use the beach club, restaurants, swimming pool, and other Island amenities. They provided multiple information packets, which would be extremely helpful for anyone who isn't familiar with Seabrook or surrounding area.
Will keep this unit in our favorites with hope of staying in Jeff and Pam's condo on our next trip to the coast.

Seabrook is beautiful! Beach is not busy. Most of our morning beach walks we were nearly the only people out. The condo is clean and very comfortable, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We enjoyed driving into Charleston to explore the beautiful historic districts. Awesome vacation with best of both worlds, the city and the secluded quiet calm beach.

Seabrooke Gem
This was our first visit to this wonderful place but won’t be our last! The owners, Pam and Jeff are the best hosts we’ve ever encountered. Their condo was beautiful and well equipped. You literally only need to bring your clothes and enjoy the week! The best thing was having our dog (baby) welcomed by the hosts! The island in general was very pet friendly and are allowed on the beach all day. The back porch faces the ocean and has a front row seat to the most amazing sunsets! Our daughter and her family stayed in a house one row over from our condo and we had a great family week! We plan to book again. next year!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect. Views of the ocean and a short boardwalk walk to the beach! The villa was beautiful and we will definitely book here, again, when we return to Seabrook!
