Al piano superiore troverete 2 camere da letto luminose e ariose con biancheria da letto di alta qualità, bagno aggiornato, una grande sala con ampie vedute di acqua bianca a nord e sud, zona pranzo, cucina di un cuoco con ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici della serie Frigidaire Professional, oltre a una terrazza esterna per godere la brezza dell'oceano. Il patio sul retro al piano terra ha posti a sedere per rilassarsi e cenare. La zona notte al piano inferiore ha un ingresso separato tramite portefinestre in vetro dal patio del cortile. La camera da letto inferiore comprende un letto matrimoniale, un divano letto e una TV a schermo piatto. Inoltre, una stanza bonus separata si trova adiacente alla camera da letto al piano inferiore e comprende un tavolo da ping pong e un divano che si estrae in un letto full size. The view of the ocean is stunning and the deck is lovely. Kitchen/living area is much smaller then depicted in the photograph. Kitchen dinnerware is scratched and chipped. Kitchen heater grate is rusted. Downstairs space is awkward, possibly dangerous, with steps to bedroom and bathroom. The home was not particularly clean, needed dusting.

Great spot and Great accommodation and view. Race track is 8 minutes away, 15th street a 10 minutes walk. We live at the beach, so we chose wisely.

Staying in Del Mar was so relaxing in this wonderful beach house. The views of the ocean are amazing! Everything was so easy to get to, we were able to talk to the beach and walk to restaurants. It was perfect for our family of five. The host is kind, friendly, and helpful.

We had a lovely stay and our hosts were very accommodating. The beds were comfortable, and the renovations nicely done. Having a separate lower level was great for the older children, and the ping pong table in the garage was a hit!
The property is close to the beach, but you do need to be fairly agile to make it down the cliff to the water. We went down multiple times during our stay, but just note it is not a straight walk out to the beach. The sunsets and view from the upper level were amazing.
We stayed in August and it was a little warm at night, but ceiling fans were helpful and it probably wouldn't be an issue most of the year.
We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay at this property again. Thank you to our hosts!

Short walk to beach and restaurants. Beautiful sunset from balcony. Property in very good shape. Property is divided in upstairs 2bed/1bath/kitchen/social, and downstairs 1bed/1bath/social area. Please beware that downstairs room does not connect to upstairs internally. It worked great for us as small kid slept upstairs with parents and grands used the downstairs.

I rented this property so that I could have my daughter, her boyfriend and their friends all come on a fun end of the summer vacation. The main part of the house was great for all the ladies while the downstairs was perfect for the young men. It was like having two apartments for the price of one! It made it easy for some to stay up later than others. FYI the boyfriend proposed and she said yes!

This place was just a little piece of magic. Great location, incredible views and perfect size for a small family. My husband and I stayed here with our 7 year old daughter for a week and it was just perfect. We loved watching the sunsets at the end of everyday, walking to breakfast every morning and the walk to the beach. Del Mar is our happy place and this house did not disappoint! We’ll be back!

Clean, modern home with fantastic ocean views and walking distance to everything! We had a nice, relaxing time. Was nice to have the ping pong table and patio area but the stunning ocean view kept us upstairs most of the time. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed Gail’s Del Mar Beach house. The house had everything we needed and is in a great location. My teenage son really loved staying in the downstairs part of the house. The listing is accurate and Gail was very responsive. Definitely recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay at the property. The location was great, just a short walk down the bluff to the beach. Great deck to watch the sunsets from. Everything in the house met or exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay there again.

Located in beautiful Del Mar this house is an easy walk to both the beach and the main strip. Beds were very comfortable and was set up to make sure your family has a great time. The ping pong table was a big hit, and the kitchen is well appointed if you want to cook. Thanks for a great week.

This property was exceptional all around! The owners were incredible and very helpful. .My husband and I spent a month here and soaked up every second of it- it truly felt like home for the time we spent there and will be back!

This was our second time staying at this lovely VRBO property. Our first visit was in 2019, and we loved it then. It has since been renovated and is even nicer now. It has everything a family needs in terms of comfortable rooms, updated kitchen and bathrooms, and fun amenities such as a ping pong table and grill. There are ocean views from main level windows and decks. It's also a very short walk to the beach as well as Del Mar restaurants and shops. Additionally, it's super close to Torrey Pines State Park, which is one of our favorite destinations. We look forward to returning to this property again some day!

We loved staying here and hope to return one day. Everything was very clean and seemed new and well-kept. The location is beautiful with the ocean views, and walking distance into the town of Del Mar. We didn't need anything from the hosts during our stay, but I appreciated the friendly texts and offers of referrals for restaurants, etc.

We were in town for a wedding and The house was in a perfect location. Beautiful views of the ocean and walking distance to the beach. Great views of the sunset. The outdoor area was beautiful. If ever in town again, we’d definitely want to stay there.

Great set up for families with teens/tweens. Ping ping table a nice, fun touch. Nice porch with view of ocean and can hear the ocean, too. Driveway parking great because streets were pretty full this time of year.

Anniversary x 15
We celebrated our 15th anniversary with friends and a party at the property. Not only was it successful, but everyone insisted we repeat it next year at the same place.
Cool ocean breezes, ocean vistas, walkable area, just a great, relaxing location with a well-maintained, comfortable home close to everything you'd want/need out of a good vacation. You don't need to keep searching, we already did, and this is the place--unless we're trying to book it next year, then it's ours. Enjoy.

Gail made renting so easy and pleasant. The house was spotless and comfortable and the view is perfect. We were a little caught off guard that the third bedroom with a separate entrance is in the garage, and totally separate from the house. This would be perfect for an older teen, but is more of a challenge with younger children who might be scared to sleep away from their family.

Great location and nice remodel
The house was in a perfect location. Close to Del Mar and the beach! It was private and quiet with a pretty remodel upstairs. We failed to read that to get to the downstairs bedroom, you had to walk outside and down the stairs. Luckily, our young kids did not seem too bothered and appreciated the separate space. Overall, great spot!

Beautiful property!
What a beautiful property! And absolutely responsive, sweet and thoughtful owners. The owner and her spouse were wonderful! The unit is gorgeous and the kitchen is very well equipped for a family who cooks and bakes! The decks as well as the living area have stunning views of the water! We loved the location close to the water and close to town - really perfect. The downstairs unit would be perfect for older children who want their own space - ping pong table, tv, etc. It was a relaxing and easy week in Del Mar thanks to Gail and her terrific property.

Beautiful home with beautiful views!
The house was very comfortable, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The accommodations were better than most vacation rentals I have stayed in. The extras like the ping pong table, beach towels and even having essentials in the kitchen gave it a personal touch. We enjoyed the amazing sunsets from both the house and the cliffs just down the street. We will will definitely book again.

Great location. We were in town for a wedding. Easy for guests staying at. Best Western to walk to our condo. Beautiful views of ocean! Beautiful upstairs!
