All was very good. Starting from collecting the keys (done in person) ending with checking-out. For us it was a very convenient place to stay during our Venezia visit. Separate spacious rooms for us and our son + huge living+eating room and nice balcony. With elevator and parking place next to the entrance. 5 mins to train station on foot and then 20 mins train directly to Venezia Santa Lucia. Supermecato in 5 mins on foot. Caffe just in the backyard. Microwave in the kitchen (delivered just on our ask in advance). All in all - great accommodation for family wanted to visit Venezia and Veneto on budget. We also got a place in underground garage (not normally included for that app.) which is connected with elevator.
Room lighting could be better - in the evening it is dark there. Rest is all good!

Pretty good value for money. The host was friendly and met us at the property.
The apartment had an unusual smell, almost like garbage had been left in the kitchen. Not that clean. 2 coffee pods were left for us and one had already been used. I felt that the unit could have done with a good clean.

It's so cozy and owner's hospitality is so nice. It's close to Venice and easy access to Venice and airport.

The flat is not far from the railway station Mogliano (7-8 min walking). It is easy to get Venice Marco Polo (15-20 min) and Treviso (10-15 min) from Mogliano by train. The flat if big, quite, clean and good equipped. There are a lot of useful stuff in the kitchen and in the bathroom.
The owner is very friendly and ready to help.

Everything in the appartement was really clean and prepared for our stay. Danilo was waiting for us and was very kind and helpful. We really enjoyed stay here and recommend this place to everyone.

Apartment is very nice, spacious, very clean with supercomfy bed.. location is very good, train station just few minutes walking. Danilo was just great, very welcoming and always available to help, definitelly coming back again.

We slept in this apartment twice- on the first & last day of our a journey to venice and the lakes. It's a 15 minuts ride to/from the airport.
A very spaicius and super equipped and comfortable apartment!! 10 minuts walk from the train to venice and 8 minuts to nearby restuarants by car. Free parking . An elevator to the apartment.
All you need frome a vacaition house! Danilo helps in every thing you'll need!!
Not many places to eat dinner near by you'll need to go by car.

The best part is the excellent location, the apartment is near the train station and easy to find. Mogliano Veneto has also a cauzy center. The host recommended a very good Pizza place in the city. In an apartment, you will find all the necessary stuff. If you do not ready to pay for the area in Venice center, this is a good solution.
We felt a lack of warm blanket only! The rests was there.

It is a very quiet place. After a day in crowded and loud Venice, it was very nice to spend evening and night in a such calm place. It is such a relax place that in the evening you can listen to birds singing and frogs croaking. 2 minutes from home there is a pizzeria and ice cream shop, that works until night. 10 minutes from home there is the train station and then 25 min to the Venice.

We had a great stay, excellent location, 5 min walking from the train station with frequent connections to Venice. The appartment was very clean, the host was very attentive - we had to check in late because our train was cancelled and he was available for us all the time, 100 % recommended!
