This was a clean, highly functional and well maintained bedsit style room located in the beating heart of Preston, a vibrant and dynamic university city. The communications offered by facility managers were clear and comprehensive and responses to all queries were offered in an efficient and timely manner. The quality of the room was high and even the shared facilities were of a high standard.

The only criticism I can level is how much noise the citizens of Preston can generate in the early hours of a Sunday morning. But this was really not the venue's fault.

All was perfect and nice.

Soap should be there in Washroom for handwash. And the number of staff was busy or off at night.

The property location was brilliant central to the town centre and amenities although parking would have been great this isn’t a problem as there is parking down the road (have to pay) The property itself is great open plan projector ans PlayStation is a great touch. It is however a little dark and the fact it has now showering facility only a toilet and sink in the room unfortunately let’s it down. This isn’t very clear when booking that it is shared shower room with two other rooms this meaning you must walk down a flight of stairs to get showered then back up to your room not ideal for the price. Also the staff upon leaving were rude. I only requested an invoice as per the booking app and still waiting for invoice nearly 2 week later to be told why can’t you just use the one of the app. This is how the app work not my problem it’s booking.com who set it up like this. Any other property I have stayed at has no issue yet these guys seem to have an issue with a simple request and insist on being rude to go with it. The blinds also don’t quite fit around the windows so you do get some street lighting coming through at night.
