Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful especially when I called in before check-in to say that I was going to be late because my cancelled train journey. Provided clean towels, shower gel and coffee. Supplied a clothes iron when I needed it and had access to communal microwaves. Enjoyable experience.
Stains on the pillowcases.

Great staff member who welcomed us and was super friendly. We enjoyed out stay!
The only issue from an otherwise excellent stay was some damage (a large hole) to the cloth side covering of our bed that needs to be fixed.

Breakfast not provided so cant comment on this.
Location seemed fine. Provided ear plugs but I didn't use them.
Close to places I wanted to visit.
Bed not very clean. Could do with protectors. I doubled up the pillow case as it was filthy.
Room needs a lot of updating.
