The property is well-designed and was a great fit for our group. We had plenty of room indoors and out. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of linens. The kitchen is well-appointed and the full-size fridge was great for a family with hungry teenagers. The beach was pretty seaweedy, but clear south of the jetty for swimming. We liked the peaceful setting and enjoyed good dinners at nearby Lobster House and a great sunset dinner at Buccannos. Thanks to Laurie and everyone who helped make our stay fantastic.

This house was big enough to give my teenage boys the space they needed to not be on top of each other all vacation! It was a very short walk to the beach, great kitchen for cooking (we had private chefs come 4 times and they were able to work well in the big kitchen). It was not a far drive into town, which we spent a lot of time in. I reached out to Laurie a few times and she was very quick in responding to me. The only cons we had were with the water. It was rarely warm/hot and on multiple occasions the water would just stop all together. I didn't reach out to Laurie about this so that was my bad, as she could have sent someone to look at it. The normal maid was also out sick so we only had maid service one day. This wasn't a huge deal besides having to throw our toilet paper in the trash can and having it sit there for days was a little gross. Also, we could have taken that out ourselves too. Overall the good definitely out weighed the bad and if I had been better with my communication I feel like the few bad things would have been taken care of quickly. I would definitely not hesitate to rent this house again. Thank you for contributing to our amazing family vacation filled with many memories for years to come!

Everything about the experience was awesome! The property manager really cared about making sure everything went well. The Villa was very well prepared for our stay. It is completely stocked and furnished to meet every need. More than any other vacation rental we have used. Can’t say enough about the house and about how well we were treated! The only slight drawback is that is is just a little far from town. But, a very short walk to the Melia resort and taxis are abundant. The beach had seaweed, but it was everywhere on the beaches. Again, every we couldn’t have asked for a better experience by Laura to accommodate us.

This property was everything we needed and so much more! The house, patio, and pool are a vacation in itself. The short walk to the private beach was an amazing added bonus. We were able to cook some of our own meals as a family, hang out and swim in the pool, make a quick drive to town for all of the tourist and authentic island fun and book some fantastic excursions. Laurie helped us find everything we needed on the island and Pancho showed up to show us the property and answer all of our questions while we were there. We will not hesitate to book this property again when returning to Cozumel!

Can not say enough about our recent stay @ this beautiful villa. We brought our close friends and their family to Cozumel for their first land based visit. We were all very pleased with what the villa had to offered. For us this was the first time on this end of the island and it was gorgeous and peaceful. Access to the ocean from the back gate was awesome. The kids stayed in the pool whenever we were there and not out sightseeing. Pancho was very helpful when we needed something. We had made service twice and both time the lady, sorry I forgot her name, did an outstanding job of cleaning, resupplying and washing linens. Thanks to Liz, our host, for the best stay in Cozumel.

Overall a fantastic property. Ample space in the bedrooms and common areas, nice outdoor area with pool. A shed with pool toys and beach blankets. Efficient kitchen should you choose to cook. Very quiet part of the island so we experienced no noise from neighbors and it’s an easy walk to a sandy beach (but we did not swim in this water). Ample parking and a quick 10 minute drive from the airport. We had an issue with the instant hot water heater failing and the property manager was very responsive and prompt. A plumber was immediately sent and when it was not fixed they were sent again. Eventually because the plumber was unable to fix it they replaced the entire hot water heater while they looked into the warranty on the existing one, which gave us hot water (they were only able to find a lower capacity heater in the interim). This sort of responsiveness is what you want with a property manager when things go wrong. Excellent support. Only downside is the beds felt a little firm and springy, but cannot find anything else to mention in a negative light. We would return to this property.
