Questa casa lato ovest, rinnovato di recente si sente come un resort ... e vi aspetta per la vostra prossima vacanza perfetta! A pochi isolati di distanza dal centro di godere di ottimi ristoranti e negozi e un breve tragitto in auto fino a Pacific Ave mozzafiato cantine ... è il meglio dei due mondi! entrata anteriore senza chiave per arrivare a subito ... senza problemi!
Pacific Promenade vanta un ambiente contemporaneo con il comfort rilassante ordinato. Dotato di un accogliente piano piano a due piani con 4 camere, 3 bagni (bagni su entrambi i piani) e una cucina abitabile con un bar per la colazione / vino. Un open space funzionale lega la cucina con la sala da pranzo e soggiorno. La zona giorno al piano superiore è avvolto intorno con un grande, bella terrazza con vista pacifica sul paesaggio montano. E troverete una nuova griglia elettrica e un sacco di mobili da giardino per quei divertenti ritrovi.
A pochi minuti di auto ai negozi big-box come Wal-Mart, Target, Albertson e Smart e extra finale. C'è un ampio strada privata per il parcheggio di un massimo di quattro auto (parcheggio tandem) con un sacco di parcheggio supplementare sulla strada. (Scusate, il garage non è a disposizione degli ospiti)

House was really old and did not do very good maintenance such as screen door was falling off I could see dust sitting on furniture.
Very limited amenities and low quality
only good thing about here is a location

We were a large group of friends. We mainly looked for a place to rest our heads at night. Good times. Quiet location, within walking distance to DT.

Place showed owner tried but with quite a few misses in renovations. Cleaning needs to be better, showed bathroom w blood stain when checked in. Good location, close to downtown but not too close to be disturbed by traffic and noices.

This home is close to downtown Paso and the fairgrounds. The accommodations are very adequate. The beds were comfortable. They do need new outdoor furniture. That Paso sun is hard on outdoor furniture. Safe neighborhood.

We had 7 adults comfortably staying at the property. The kitchen is a good size and stocked well. Adjacent and open to the kitchen was a large table for everyone to sit and eat together. There was a deck that wrapped around part of the home with two sliding doors that opened to the deck on two ends for great air flow. Lastly, the three full bathrooms makes this property the perfect vacation stay for a large party of adults. If you are visiting Paso Robles or the surrounding area and looking for a place large enough to accommodate a party of up to 10 people, I highly recommend this property.

We had 7 adults comfortably staying at the property. The kitchen is a good size and stocked well. Adjacent and open to the kitchen was a large table for everyone to sit and eat together. There was a deck that wrapped around part of the home with two sliding doors that opened to the deck on two ends for great air flow. Great value for your stay. Comfortable beds, all the amenities you need to help you feel right at home. Quiet neighborhood and great communication with the property owners. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to stay a short walk into downtown and a short drive to great wineries.

The house is in a great location. It's a quiet neighborhood, but an easy walk into town. We loved seeing the deer on the hillside. Beds are very comfortable. For eight adults, there were not enough towels, not enough toilet paper, and not enough wine glasses or dinner plates. Seating in the living room was also pretty tight for eight people without having to drag in a chair or two. However, we definitely enjoyed our stay.

Great spot with plenty of room
This VRBO is great for a group of 8 and has all the amenities you need. We had plenty of space in the living areas and the location is great for visiting Paso Robles!

Paso stay
This house is in a great location if you want to be able to walk to downtown. It’s a very easy 10 minute walk to downtown. I also really liked that this house has 3 full bathrooms which is a huge plus when sharing with couples. The only thing i did not like about the house is it that it’s a little loud as far as hearing noise from other areas of the house. If someone is snoring in another room you can hear it. Other then that i loved the location and 3 bathrooms. I would stay again.

Great location close to downtown!
It is a perfect home very close to downtown Paso Robles. On a very quiet street, it's great for a family weekend up to 9 pp. The 3 baths definitely are a plus. Kitchen has generous selection of cookware, utensils. It's also convenient to the wineries.

Great for large family group but not the best sound proofing
This property worked for our family of 8 as we attended a wedding. Good location! Only complaint is that lower bedrooms could hear noise from upper floor, so not best for people trying to sleep in.

Great house for a large quiet family group
The property was a great property. But make sure you close the windows if you talk loud or plan to stay up late. The noise carries. We were a group of women in our late 40s and were told we were too loud. Unsettling for sure, and I would hate to have someone feel that way also.
Paso was a great getaway and the home was perfectly located just a quick drive away from many wineries and downtown.

We stayed here for a family wedding and it was a great experience! We added to our party and they were happy to give us more towels. Easy to work with group! Only (nit-picky) negatives are some cleaning issues. Ceiling fans had dirty blades, and some bedspreads are due for laundering. Saw a couple of spiders and quite a few webs, but not a deal breaker. Can’t help spiders.....

Overall it was perfect for our guests with a ton of room and the patio was very nice after it cooled down.

Comfortable stay in a spacious and well equipped vacation home!
We had a very nice stay at Paso Robles. Check in process was seamless and the home was spotlessly clean with a well equipped kitchen and 4 bedrooms. Communication with property agents was quick via messaging. It is a short 10 min walk to downtown Paso and tucked by a hill in a quiet neighborhood!

The beds were comfy, quiet neighborhood and awesome to BBQ and be able to have all 8 of us at the same table!
In the morning we watched the deer hang out while we had our coffee on the deck!
