Just a few blocks away to downtown to enjoy fabulous restaurants & shopping and a short drive up Pacific Ave to breathtaking wineries…it’s the best of both worlds! Keyless front entry to get you in right away…hassle-free!
Pacific Promenade boasts a relaxing contemporary setting with uncluttered comfort. Featuring a two-story cozy floor plan with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths (bathrooms on both floors) and an eat-in kitchen with a breakfast/wine bar. The house is on a great location with easy walk to downtown, which has great restaurants. The house was clean and well organized.

House was really old and did not do very good maintenance such as screen door was falling off I could see dust sitting on furniture.
Very limited amenities and low quality
only good thing about here is a location
