This is a beautiful place to stay in Perdido Key. This condo is immaculately clean, and recently remodeled. The balcony view to the southwest is fabulous. We enjoyed meals on the balcony, watching the birds and dolphin. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking. The property management people were fine to work with. The pools and hot tub looked nice, but it was too cold in March for us to go in. It's a family-oriented building, smaller than some of the huge towers in the area.

Great condo! Very clean and perfect location- food options close by and low crowds. This was our first visit to Perdido Key and we will definitely be back!

Nicely decorated, great view. We have been coming to the Perdido Sun since 19 92, and it is remarkable how it is modern and up-to-date. Really reflects pride of ownership and an effective condominium association. Recommended to anybody.

The condo itself was great. I was really disappointed in the lack of communication in letting us know there was construction happening. Noise began before 8am every morning. Also, there was a grease leak on a door push bar that I unknowingly used my back to open and ruined a shirt. The leak was reported to the front desk, but the next day the grease was still there. :/
