Svegliati al suono delle onde che si infrangono sulla spiaggia, prendi la tua tavola da surf e cammina verso il miglior spot di surf nella South Bay. O semplicemente respirare la fresca aria dell'oceano e assaporare il favoloso clima soleggiato perfetto e l'atteggiamento rilassato per cui la California meridionale è famosa. Ci sono ottimi ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi e uno Strand che corre a nord e sud per 26 miglia lungo la spiaggia. Se preferisci uno stile di vita attivo, non avrai bisogno di una macchina!
Il nostro accogliente duplex è stato costruito nel 1932 e ristrutturato negli ultimi anni, ma siamo riusciti a mantenere tutti gli elementi affascinanti. C'è un lussuoso materasso queen tempurpedic nella camera da letto con cuscini collo sagomati. Le porte-finestre della camera da letto conducono ad un accogliente ponte con una zona pranzo all'aperto. La cucina è completamente fornita di tutto il necessario per creare un pasto fantastico. La camera familiare comprende un accogliente divano componibile e un centro di intrattenimento con TV HD a schermo piatto da 40 pollici. Abbiamo cablato il luogo con cavo Frontier FIOS ad alta velocità gratuito e Internet wireless. I pavimenti sono in legno massiccio e piastrelle in tutto. Il bagno è stato completamente rinnovato nel 2016 e include una doccia stand-up.

Great getaway studio apartment, well maintained and very clean. We loved the access to the washer/dryer and the housekeeping every two weeks. Well stocked kitchen with many pots and pans. Just steps to the beach, we hardly missed the gorgeous sunsets. Neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. The Wi-Fi, dvr and TV was very much appreciated. We would highly recommend this location!

This charming little hidden gem is perfectly located one block from the beach and is only about 10 min from LAX. It was exactly as pictured on the website, very clean, quiet, well stocked, and the owner was quickly responsive to a few questions. We never needed heat or air because the temperature was perfect! Loved the hardwood floors and tile and ceiling fans. Having a washer and dryer available was also very convenient. The wifi, dvr and TV also made it easy to stay connected. The location was very walkable to all of MB. Since we stayed for over a month, we joined the Easton Gym, which is only four blocks away. Awesome classes and equipment. We frequented the Fish Bar on Highland, also only a few blocks away. The proximity to the beach made daily walks on the strand and down to the pier a breeze. After discovering a weekly Tuesday Farmers Market, we walked down to 13th St each week, for the freshest CA produce and food stands, then stopped in at Lemonade on Manhattan Beach Blvd, for a fresh lemonade before we walked back to our little place. There is also a Trader Joe's on Rosecrans, about 5 min away. Access to the 405 and 105 is also nearby, which made zipping over to Hollywood quite easy to visit our daughter. We also toured the USS Iowa in Long Beach, drove up to the Simi Valley, checked out great restaurants in nearby Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach. Santa Monica and Malibu are just up the PCH. There was so much to do and see, or if we wanted to just relax we just did that too. The only major problem we had was at the very end of our stay, and that was we didn't want to leave!!! We would highly recommend this property.
