Very clean! Only problem was the toilet was faulty. Someone came to fix it right away however the next day, same problem.

Overall loved everything about my stay. The room needed some maintenance in the bathroom otherwise room was great. I will be staying again for sure! Best valet service I’ve ever experienced!

My stay at the hotel left much to be desired. Despite its affiliation with Hilton Tapestry, the experience didn't meet expectations. Southern California's winter brought an unexpected chill to my room, exacerbated by the air conditioner arrival temperature being set at a brisk 62 degrees. The heating system proved problematic, with maintenance offering a brief solution that unfortunately didn't last. Resulting in them bribing me a space heater on the Eve of day two.
The thin walls exposed me to the hustle and bustle of the hallway and loud stomping and laughter sounds from both above and next door. While the valet staff was notably polite, the front desk encounter was marked by the mid-Day gentleman’s sarcasm and rudeness, overshadowing the positive aspects.
In addition, the hotel's dated ambiance persisted despite attempts with modern furniture noticeable wear and tear on the bathroom diminished its intended effect. In the future, I'm inclined to explore the offerings of a newer property from their competitor around the corner, hoping for a more comfortable and accommodating stay.

The outdoor pool area could use some tropical type plants/ updating. Nice jacuzzi & firepits but not clear how to use the firepits.

When I arrived and noticed that there would be some construction outside my room’s window during my stay I was pleasantly shown several other rooms in order for me to be satisfied. People, especially the Director of Housekeeping, took time and explained differences. I greatly appreciated the extra concern.

Very friendly staff and updated rooms. Our “garden view” room looked onto a wall four feet away and some off season furniture storage. At check in we were told we did not “get anything” because we made our reservation through a third party. I guess that’s why we got the worst room in the hotel.

While the place appeared clean, my room had a musty odor that never went away. The facility seemed old and somewhat outdated.
I will say the location in Manhattan Beach was excellent, and easy to get to and from the airport (LAX).
Aside from the odor, not a bad place to stay.

Oasis in a sea of traffic. Not far from Manhattan pier. Good restaurants/shopping nearby.
Only downside was $25 a night valet parking.

The overall setup for the hotel is amazing...from friendly and knowledgeable front desk and in house restaurant to the pool and hotub.
Within walking distance to the beach!
There is a 24/7 convenience store out back and the rooms come w newer TVS and a Record Player!!

I specifically emailed the hotel about an allergy to down. I asked them to remove all down pillows and comforters. They didnt. I was suffering from allergies the entire stay.

Property is nice but they didn’t repair the entry light when we asked. Asked twice and let them know even when we left. We were in town for a funeral so it would have been more comfortable to have these concerns addressed coming back late from a wake and funeral at night. Past midnight all nights.

I only stayed for one night, and the service was terrific! I arrived an hour before check-in and was greeted by Velet, who was so amazing I believe his name was Eddie. Super helpful and attentive. Once inside, the two front-office staff met me. I wish I could remember their names. The woman had beautiful pink nails, and we chatted while she checked me in; the guy also helped me locate the restaurant and pool area.
The room was lovely and cleaned well! The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower pressure was perfect, too. I loved the room. We visited the restaurant on the 2nd floor and sat in the bar area. The food and service was GREAT. Our bartender was accommodating and prompt, as well as our server
Overall, it was 10/10. The service, the room was clean and comfortable, and the food was terrific. I will be returning.

Nice clean contemporary rooms complete w/ large flatscreen, glass front wine cooler / fridge, Crosby record player in every room and record collection at front desk. Nice, friendly, professional staff. Great hotel bar and restaurant. Near walking paths that lead down to the beach. Bikes for rent. Short drive to downtown MB and walking distance to many shops, restaurants, bars north of Sepulvada PCH.

This is an older property that is under renovation. There was scaffolding outside our window and the AC did not work. The bed and nightstands are jokingly short. Night stands a foot off the floor. Like sleeping on the floor. Maybe great for the younger crowd but with a bad back it was a pain to get out of bed.

They did not let me stay there because I didn't have a debit card, I had cash and a checking account with checks and they denied me service even though the room was already paid for. The woman told me to my face if she would make an exception, it was 3 am and had to be back at work at 8 am and she denied me and would not let me check in. I was very mad, I drove home all the way to Newport Beach to turn around and come back in the morning.

This is a great hotel. The beds are comfortable! We had 4 kids with us and saw no other kids.. not even in the are, especially FOUR lol. So, for us it wasn’t exactly “kid friendly” but the restaurant upstairs went out of their way to make our experience great! The staff was great, the room was clean, the outside was beautiful and perfect pool and jacuzzi. If we were ever in the area again, we would stay there.

Front desk check in was not the smoothest. Room not ready even after 4pm. No smooth communication between front desk and housekeeping. Front desk agents could work on their customer service especially with each other. Giving hostile vibes if no team work. Valet guys on the other hand were excellent with the courteous and hospitable demeanors. Rooms nice, beds small. Bathroom needs done upgrading. Great towels. A/C issues. Love the nearby shopping, restaurants and beach.

It doesn't look like the pictures. The beds are so small. No microwave. I needed to microwave my babies food and kindly asked the front desk and they said they didn't have a microwave anywhere, highly doubt it.

Stayed twice, and 2 times they lost my packages, after I left the told me they found it, asked for a return and they did it wrong, so it’s been 7 months and I’m still waiting for an answer about it, the manager spoke to me in person gave some food coupons and told me he will be working on that, I’m still waiting.
If you stay there don’t get any packages delivered. They’ll get lost.
I’m going back to LA, and definitely they lost a customer.

Hotel it’s old, the room I stayed smell really bad, old and dirty carpet, shower dirty, they charge $25 dollars per nigh for parking inside their property; the night it’s almost $300 usd. E

Booked this hotel for an easy access to LAX. Would have preferred something walkable to beach, but at least there were lots of shopping and dining options nearby.
Hotel was clean, staff at desk friendly and helpful. Rooms were a nice size and clean too.
