Gulf Pointe Paradise II

Golfo Paradiso Pointe è un lusso, condominio di lusso residenza con vista sul mare aperto. Il condominio ha 1.400 piedi quadrati di superficie abitabile interna e due grandi mazzi di forma a L che avvolgono il condominio. Ogni ponte ha una vista panoramica, uno vede il Golfo del Messico e le altre viste splendida piscina riscaldata. Può ospitare comodamente sei. Connessione Wi-Fi gratuita. La zona giorno open-concept dotato di nuovi arredi e decorazioni moderne. La cucina è anche è nuova con elettrodomestici di fascia alta. La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto king-size con una vista mare aperto. La seconda camera dispone di due letti queen size. Entrambe le camere hanno bagni nuovi. Un bacino di grandi dimensioni è un minuto a piedi dal condominio. Una griglia a gas è fornito. Per usufruire della piscina riscaldata, solo a piedi al di fuori. Tramonti di tutti i giorni e un sacco di Florida Keys sole. Venite a vedere di persona. PLR2016-00007

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful Condo. Great Hosts who were communicative and helpful. Truly appreciated the location and hospitality. Travel often and it lives up to the pictures and reviews.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our fifth year renting this lovely condo as our winter home. We absolutely love it here. The "neighborhood" is friendly and welcoming. The home is pleasant and comfortable. The rental agency is very responsive in taking care of our needs when something needs to be addressed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was spacious! Loved the layout of sleeping rooms up and living area down. Kitchen was well stocked (even had Keurig machine). Any questions I had were answered quickly.Pros: Near all major sites in Marathon, yet very private and quiet area with only 20 family units I believe. Many times we were the only ones enjoying the pool, although it could accommodate many! Everything was clean, nice. Dock was fun to go out on. Would rent a kayak next time as kids enjoyed snorkeling out there but there are rays and nurse sharks so kayak would be best. Shaded parking! Wrap around double balconies so you could always sit outside in the shade - evening breezes were amazing! I think we ate out here almost every night. Felt very safe here.Cons: No umbrellas or small tables poolside. Beds in our unit were VERY Firm.
