Pelican's Perch is an upscale, luxury townhouse condo less than 16 yards from the water of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo has 1,400 square feet of interior living area plus two large, 'L' shaped decks that wrap around the condo. Each deck has captivating views of the Gulf of Mexico on one side and the heated pool on the other. When the breezes are gentle, you can watch marine life in the water from the decks. An electric grill is provided.
The entire condo underwent a top to bottom renovation in 2025. The kitchen and bathroom have been completely remodeled and there is new flooring and decor throughout the unit.
Local zoning rules allow 6 people to reside in the condo. This limit is strictly enforced. Free high speed Wi-Fi Internet access is provided. The master bedroom features a king size bed with an open water view. The second bedroom has two queen beds. A queen-size bed pulls out from a sofa on the first floor. A large, eight boat dock and heated pool are a one minute walk away. The grounds are impeccably landscaped.
The dock is located at the mouth of the Key Vaca Cut, providing good fishing & easy access to both the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean. Dockage is first come first served with owners having priority. Backup dockage is available off site if needed.
Renters have use of 2 rental type bikes, full beach gear such as beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, pool noodles, and some snorkeling gear.
The most common comment we receive about Pelican's Perch is that the condo is 'even better than expected.'

We just loved this condo! It was so well appointed and had the best location. The views were amazing! Everything we needed was here...very well thought out! The pool was lovely and always warm enough to swim. Great place overall!

What a beautiful condo! Newly renovated; very clean and comfortable and spacious. The location is great with beautiful views and was pretty quiet, which was a bonus for us. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. We didn't do any cooking but the kitchen is pretty well-stocked for most needs. The balconies were a great spot to enjoy "Happy Hour" or just hang out and enjoy the view. Bernie was such a pleasure to deal with. She made everything so simple from start to finish. The communication between us was always timely and friendly. I felt like I knew her for years. We will definitely be back!

It was a well equipped unit with direct water views. Since the kitchen had everything, we made most of our meals instead of going out.The decor is cute and beachy, just an adorable unit. I would highly recommend staying here!
