The condo is extremely clean and looks newly renovated. This is our second time staying at the property and I would definitely come back. Heated pool and hot tub were a nice bonus for the cooler weather.

Place is nice. Quick Uber ride from the cruise ship. Nice restaurants in the area. Easy access to the beach.

The condo was fabulous. The decor was very inviting and the the condo was equipped with everything we needed. The location to the beach and other things to do in the area was perfect. The host was extremely easy to message and she responded within minutes-nothing ever longer than 20-30 minutes. The owners take pride in this unit and it shows. They love spending time there as a family and they want their guests to do the same. We have stayed in several condos and this will go down as one of our favorites. If you are looking to rent, I would not pass this unit up. Thank you!

Our family was able to stay at this great place back in April and we could not have asked for a better experience. The beach access, heated pool, cozy beds and all the amenities any of us needed, they really thought of everything. We look forward to returning again!

This is our second time staying at Sandcastles, but our first in this unit. Cindy was very easy to communicate with and she was proactive in telling us about some construction at the condo. The unit is in a good location, not too close to the stairwell or elevator (for noise). The layout is awesome for families and the living room, bedrooms and bathrooms all have plenty of space. Everything was extremely clean and looks just like the photos. I like that the beach has a lifeguard stand. There are plenty of places to get food or coffee within a 5 minute drive. We would definitely stay in Cindy's unit again!

We enjoyed our stay on Cocoa Beach! Property is right on the beach and came with beach toys, chairs, etc. It was a great spot for some relaxing days before leaving on a cruise from Port Canaveral.

We were pleasantly suprised that the property exceeded our expectations. We had a clear view to the water, the renovations made everything feel updated and clean and the ancillary features like fans, extra beach towels, games an air fryer ect- took everything over the top. We feel very fortunate that this home was opened up to us and encourage anyone wh can to enjoy thier time there as well.

Our week at this condo was everything we had hoped for in our stay. The unit itself was beautiful, the access to the private beach was perfect, and the pool/hot tub area was nice as well. There was some construction going on at the property, but it was never a problem. We were on the trip with several other families and there were some of the girls who said our unit was nicer than theirs. Checkin and checkout procedures were very clear in the instructions and the unit is very well appointed with all you might need on your stay. I would definitely recommend this stay to others!

Nice property and locarion. Unfortunately the construction or repairs around cause noise too early in the morning and unsafe conditions when walking around. Pieces of concrete flying all over the place are very unsafe. The apartment itself was clean except for some dust on bathroom shelves and furniture. The beach chairs have rust. The beach unbrella is broken. Not to be complaining but to help in doing better.

The unit had every thing we needed! Loved having a washer and drier in the unit. Toys and tons of beach towels.

The conversations were amazing however I was not able to figure out the television, Internet, Roku and streaming… I am not very good with electronics and even though there was a detailed file all of the remotes were switched amongst the rooms and we could not get the televisions to work… We did finally however figure out how to do Internet but we did not have television for the entire trip

This condo was absolutely perfect for our beach vacation (two adults/two older teens)! It was beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable, clean—exactly as listed. Everything we could possibly have needed was provided. The balcony is quite large and a great spot to have morning coffee while looking out at the ocean from the generous side view. The beach is very nice and easily accessed. Check-in was super easy. Cindy, the owner, was very responsive to the few questions I had. There is not a lot to see/do within walking distance, but getting around by car was not difficult and parking was plentiful. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing beach vacation, we highly recommend this unit!

What a perfect location! The ocean is beautiful, the condo is so homelike and the bed in the master bedroom was to die for!

This condo was so clean. It was in a good location. The condo was supplied with all your beach needs. Also the kitchen was well supplied if you didn’t want to go out to eat and cook there. We would definitely stay at this location again. The only issue we had was with the door lock. We couldn’t always get the door to lock and unlock. Sometimes it took several tries. But no big deal at all. Thanks for a great stay and a great time.

Our family stayed over the thanksgiving holiday and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The condo is very welcoming and comfortable with easy access to all the amenities. Also very close to Ron Jon’s and downtown cocoa beach. My son was so excited to see it came with beach toys and fun board games to play at night. The kitchen was fully stocked to make cooking a breeze! I highly recommend this place and we can’t wait to stay again in the future.

Clean and updated unit. They truly have thought of everything. The unit is decorated very nice, has plenty of room and comes with many extras to use. Beach towels, chairs umbrellas, sand buckets, games and more. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come again soon!

The property was great. The condo was perfect for our family of two adults two teenagers and an eight-year-old. There is plenty of room to spread out. We did have a few questions for the owner and she responded very quickly. Just a few short steps to the beach and the kids had a great time. Would love to go back.

This property was absolutely perfect! Highlights inside include: amazing beds and bedding! We all slept very soundly. Air conditioning that kept us cool. Laundry in unit. Solid wi-fi.
The location was just steps away from the beach and fit our needs perfectly. We could walk to great restaurants nearby and just a short drive to NASA and Disney.
The bioluminescent lagoon tour was also a huge highlight.

We loved the condo and how well equipped and clean we found it. The pictures don’t reflect how nice! A short stroll to the beach. We stayed three nights prior to a Disney cruise and had a great time in the area.

Loved how simple to check in. Had one problem with hot water in kitchen and owner sent over a repairman promptly and fixed the problem. Very satisfied with condo!

After several days in the Orlando parks area, this was an excellent place to wind down and end our vacation. Easy access to pool and beach, home was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Extra appreciation for the cozy blankets at movie time, premium TV options for quiet time to wait out some rain and beach equipment to borrow!! Enjoyed local Fin Poke, Boba Tea, Rock the Guac burritos and our last meal at Coconuts on the Beach was a highlight!! Pool felt great and loved the local options including nearby grocery Publix too. Thank you for sharing your home.
