Unit 413 is a clean & spacious (1,300 sf - largest 2 bedroom condo in the area) 4th floor unit directly on the beach with a beautiful south facing ocean & beach view! This gorgeous condo was newly renovated and boasts many excellent unit & complex amenities. Whether you are getting away to relax or looking for fun for the whole family, this condo will exceed your expectations!
For your entertainment, the condo is equipped with in unit WiFi & 3x big TVs so you don't have to miss the big game! You also don't need to dine out every night as the condo has a fully equipped kitchen that will make you feel at home - meals and morning coffees can be enjoyed overlooking the ocean on your spacious balcony. For your convenience, this condo has a laundry rooms with a full size W&D and is stocked with beach accessories!
The condo comfortably accommodates 6 people (king in master, 2 twins in guest & a queen sofa sleeper), all with high quality/thread count linens and fresh pillows & towels.

Please note there is a large hotel complex being built next door to Sandcastles. The work is Monday - Saturday 8am-5pm

Condo was beautiful!! Property is Centrally located and a quick drive to everything! The staff were so easy to communicate with and checked in on us several times! The walk to the beach was even closer than anticipated! My kids and I agreed we would definitely choose to stay here again if we return to Cocoa Beach! Thank you!

Extremely well stocked condo with plenty of kitchen appliances, beach equipment, towels, and shampoo, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, etc. Nice seating arrangement in living room and dining area with plenty of space for everyone. We had everything we needed and it was a fantastic stay.

We love the overall vibe of the condo right on the ocean. Everything was well equipped, and the layout was well thought out. That’s the one that’s the one public. We’ll see.
