Questa casa di 3300 SF è stata progettata da Jonathan DeGray e ricostruita sul sito di una storica casa mineraria nella Città Vecchia, un tempo di proprietà del sindaco di Park City William Sullivan. Unisce un piacevole comfort con un tocco tradizionale, perfetto per piacevoli serate accanto al fuoco dopo una lunga giornata sulle piste, piste ciclabili o day spa! Con grande attenzione ai dettagli, presenta soffitti a volta, marmo, pietra e altre finiture di design di alta gamma. Presenta anche mobili su misura realizzati in legno recuperato dal sito originale della casa, nonché pavimenti riscaldanti radianti in tutto. Anche il vialetto e la passerella frontale sono riscaldati. Altre caratteristiche: 5 camere da letto (incluso den / ufficio), può ospitare fino a 14; sala per proiezioni / giochi, cucina per chef, vasca idromassaggio privata e ampio patio sul retro perfetto per intrattenere; Master, camere per gli ospiti e den dispongono di bagno privato. We stayed here for a guys ski trip and it was perfect. House was well appointed and clean, plenty of room for a group of 6 and the location was great. So close to the town lift and everything PC has to offer on Main Street. I would recommend this house 100%.

We enjoyed a wonderful white Christmas at Park City in this outstanding property. The house provided everything we needed accommodating our large family group well - multiple bedrooms, great kitchen, cosy living area and the spa at the end of each day on the snow was a welcome bonus. And the location is great - a short walk to the Town Lift and all the restaurants and shops on offer in Main Street. The owner Mel was excellent in communicating including many helpful tips so that our visit went very smoothly. I would highly recommend.

We loved our stay at this lovely home in Park City over the holidays! The house is exactly as described, we loved the layout and there were more than enough bedrooms and spaces for our large group. Everything was super clean and updated. The home is in a fabulous location just a stone's throw from Park City ski lifts and Main Street. We made it over to Deer Valley in 5 minutes. Mel was really responsive. We'd love to stay again!

The property was well equipped in a fabulous location. Our first trip out west for a family ski vacation with six adults and four children under 10 and everything was great. Love the fact that the library was up the street with a little sled run for the kids was a special treat. Comfortable beds and high-end finishes were really appreciated. Love to getting ready in the warm garage and enjoying after skiing in the hot tub. Host Mel was extremely responsive to all our needs. We highly recommend this property for your park city ski vacation.

Perfect location with plenty of room, a real wood burning fireplace, and all of the necessary amenities. I wish we'd had better snow, but the house was tops.

Owner was easy to work with and property could not have been better. We had 4 couples and plenty of room. Town lift and restaurants were only a block away. We would definitely stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house is exactly as advertised and has every imaginable amenity. Unlike many impersonal rentals, here we felt like guests in someone’s lovely home. Mel was extremely accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The location of the home cannot be beat…we are Park City regulars and this was our favorite location so far, especially after discovering the great pastries and espresso across the street at Harvest. We would definitely considering returning. Our only minor compliant was the queen (double?) bed in the master BR. We are not large people and it seemed very small! That said, everything was just as advertised and we loved the house!

The house is very nice and can’t beat the location. We enjoyed walking a couple blocks to Main St for coffee every morning and dinner every evening.
The only downside for us was that we didn’t realize that there would be no AC (which I believe is set to be installed shortly so it will reinforce the 5 star rating) which is common in the mountains but made nights too warm for us having a toddler to keep cool.
All in all though, I would definitely recommend this property.

The owners were very friendly and helpful sending a lot of local information to us beforehand to help us plan our stay. Thank you again to the owners for opening their wonderful home to us. This property was simply amazing. We stay at many rental properties and you never know how the house will stack up against the pictures. This place was even better than expected. It was a beautiful home within walking distance to skiing, shops and dining. The house is stocked with plenty of towels/linens/laundry supplies/paper towels and toilet paper. It was so nice to not having to buy these items for a change when renting. Very easy checkout and communication with owners. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time at the house! It was perfect, with well appointed furnishings and a lovely fireplace and living area. Everyone was comfortable, the location is perfect for a range of ages and activities! Will definitely stay there again, best spot in Park City!
