Updated pet-friendly home with large fenced yard, close to beach access!
Tre camere da letto e due bagni pet casa accogliente solo 1/2 isolato dal mare con accesso alla spiaggia facile dall'altra parte della strada, questa casa è che piace! Le caratteristiche includono: Camino, solarium con tendalino a scomparsa, 3 box auto, pavimenti in legno e piastrelle in tutto, ventilatori a soffitto, ampio cortile recintato, grill a gas, televisori a schermo piatto in ogni camera da letto e soggiorno, divano letto, lettore CD, DVD, e WiFi.

Camera da letto 1: (1) King & (1) Twin bed; bagno privato collegato (solo doccia); TV a schermo piatto / DVD.
Camera 2: (1) Queen; condivide in pieno sala da bagno con BDR 3; tv a schermo piatto.
Camera da letto 3: (2) Twins; condivide in pieno sala da bagno con BDR 2; TV a schermo piatto / DVD.
Posti a sedere per 8 con divano letto nel soggiorno. La metratura della casa ���� di 2000. I proprietari hanno fatto di questa casa molto cane amichevole con un costo per l'animale non rimborsabile di 100 dollari per animale (due al massimo pet). Non fumare. Biancheria inclusa

This was a very nice home, updated and well taken care of. Island Realty was easy to work with and very helpful. Very convenient location with access to the beach. We would definitely rent this one again.

We have used Island Realty for all our visits to IOP. This house did not disappoint! This home has everything you need. The beach chairs and wagon were definitely a bonus as we had a two year-old grandson and it made getting to the beach much easier.
