A large pantry is located off of the kitchen and provides access to the house with the electronic lock. The master bedroom, featuring a king bed, and the guest queen bedroom each features a private full bath. The second guest bedroom has a king bed. Finally, the large fourth bedroom is perfect for adults or kids with two full beds. The King bedroom and bedroom with two full beds share a hall bath. If a house party, wedding, or reception takes place in a licensed vacation rental property, all guests will be required to immediately vacate. - You must be 25 years or older to book this home. - Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September. - This home allows 1 dog under 40 lbs, approved in advance, for a $250 fee; undisclosed animals brought into the home without AvantStay’s approval may result in a minimum $500 fine. - Pool heat is available for $100/day + tax (4-night minimum, 24-hour notice), weather permitting (average temperatures above 55°F). Pool heating is typically not needed in the summer unless unusually cool. If the system is down, we will refund any unused days of pool heat; however, additional compensation is not provided. - Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels. - Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. - While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff.
