Lovely home with plenty of space and areas for us to gather. Location was central to stores and local sites of interest. Everyone had a lovely bedroom and bath including a first floor bedroom for our oldest traveler so that stairs were not an issue. Very quiet neighborhood. Even the train rumbling through at intervals behind us was not offensive.

The house is perfectly located in Buckhead and completely filled with every amenity required for a large group to have a great time! Very clean with everything in working order. The host was nice enough to bring us some extra chairs so our group of 10 could enjoy the dining room table together.

This is an absolutely beautiful, large and luxurious modern house done in a very tasteful manner. Lots of bedrooms with bathrooms and an extra 1/2 bath on the main floor. The back of the house has a wooded lot and there is a two car garage that can be used. Everything is modern-elegant. Mattresses are very comfortable as well. There were facial wipes to remove makeup, hand soap, cleaning supplies as well as enough paper goods to last for a stay.
Guests who watch TV might want to be aware that the 2 TVs are Roku format. We have Roku and were able to sign into our YouTube TV accounts and then sign out before we left. At the time that we had rented we decided to buy bottled water and ice as the refrigerator read change filter and we could get no ice from it. Large groups may want to buy plastic cups as glasses numbered about 8 or 9.
The location is very near to downtown Buckhead, which has everything, in a quiet neighborhood except for a few Marta trains in the vicinity rolling through which was not enough to bother us. There are excellent restaurants; Canoe, Ray's on the River, Desta, are very near as well as Publix and Whole Foods just a short drive. Don't bother with the highways. Take Peachtree Drive downtown so that you can see Buckhead and Atlanta locally and don't forget Pace's Ferry Drive, a scenic ride with beautiful homes.
We would definitely stay at this house again
