We arrived for an extended weekend wedding of my nephew. The 16 guests included the parents of the groom, and extended family including aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. The couples were easily provided for, as there were six queen or king size beds in the main bedrooms. The only negative was we had more single people than there were twin beds. Also, most of the twin beds in the pictures are air beds located in the large closets. It took us some time to figure out the twin bed situation as the air mattresses were not set up ahead of time. In our opinion, the home is really geared more for between 8 to 14 people comfortably, with 15-20 being possible but is a bit more of a stretch. There is a Kroger grocery store a mile south of the house which is an easy morning walk or drive. All in all, this was the perfect house with multiple gather spaces, big kitchen, pool table, and space to spread out for our family. Would recommend.

Everything was as expected. I would recommend this property for a large group visiting Atlanta.

Great home in a nice neighborhood; parking was crowded/tight. Manager is *very* interested if you’ll have more guests than originally booked (ie increased charge), but refuses to respond to multiple inquiries re:refund if your booking changes to *fewer* than originally planned. It made for a stressful stay and marred what should have been a fun and relaxing week
