The home was perfect for what we needed as we were traveling to Atlanta for a family wedding. It was exactly what we needed with only one thing we wish we had known ahead of time. The street the home is on is very busy and during commuting times it is almost impossible for vehicles to get in and out of the driveway. We did not hear traffic noise, but even Ubers had issues. While we may choose this home again, because it was a busy week with a lot of coming and going, it created just a bit of frustration.

We had a three day stay for 8 friends celebrating 70th birthdays. Truth is... we never left the property until the last day to head back to our respective homes. The property had everything we needed! Many thanks!!!

Enjoyed the property and the location. Newly remodeled and very clean, the property was not a disappointment. Was the same price as a luxury suite at a hotel and I could walk 20 ft to the car. Didn’t need five bedrooms but was a plus. :) Check in was a predetermined door code sent via email and I received a phone call from management the day before for any questions. First class organization not by mistake.

The property was very clean and lots of natural light which was great for our bridal party to get ready. Plenty of room and spacious bathrooms were perfect for a group of bridesmaids and the bride. The location was great for the girls that were flying into town and had to get Ubers. Thank you again for a great stay!

Our family enjoyed staying in this Piedmont Heights luxury home over Thanksgiving week. This home is well appointed, comfortable and very clean. The location is perfect. We loved taking walks to the Botanical Gardens and Piedmont Park through Ansley Park. Great food options and shopping are just minutes away by foot. Our family enjoyed the proximity to the parks and easy access to midtown Atlanta. This is a gorgeous home with respectful, responsive and communicative owners. We highly recommend this home and can't wait to come back.

The house was excellent for our family - 8 of us total - great space for all of us for everything we did - kitchen and dining area for meals, nice size bedrooms and enough bathrooms, family room for game watch. The host was excellent and responsive with all our contacts.

My family stayed here for my daughter's wedding weekend. We chose the house because it was a beautiful backdrop for the "getting ready" photos. It has a large kitchen/living room area, which was perfect for visiting. The kitchen is very well supplied with plates, glasses, etc. The house was very clean. It's a short walk from a Kroger and a Publix and and a strip center with several restaurants. And I was very happy when I realized how close it was to the Belt Line - a long walking/running trail, which I used to walk to Piedmont Park. The street is fairly busy, so there's no parking on the street, but there is a side street on the other side that has room for additional parking. (I did not hear any street noise at night.) I don't know why some of the reviews say it only has four bedrooms. It definitely has five. One of the owner's representatives responded quickly whenever we had a question. Would stay here again!

We had such a nice time at this house! It's beautifully appointed and decorated, as well as very clean. It was the perfect amount of space and layout for our group (6 adults and 4 kids). Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and lots of bathrooms as well. It's on a busy street but there is plenty of driveway and parking for several cars. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great Place
We booked this house for the IPPE show at the World Georgia Congress Center for me and 3 of my colleagues. This booking is exactly as advertised. Bedrooms are spacious and a nice living room that is an open concept into the kitchen. We spent most of our time relaxing, playing cards, and watching sports in the living room.

Property was nice. Kitchen was fully equipped though some dishes were dirty. Food left in oven. We had plenty of room. Bathrooms were great, new soft towels! Would not describe property as a five bedroom as one of the rooms was actually a living room with a pull out bed. Not comfortable at all!
Also did not have dish towels left anywhere in the house. We were told to use the bathroom ones. We went and bought paper towel!
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. House was located within a few short miles of the events we needed to attend.

This house was located near all dinner reservations. Not far from midtown less then 10 mins. Grocery store less then 5 mins away. Very spacious and clean. Mattress was awesome. We all had the best sleep ever.

Shopping Trip
Plenty of room for my group. We ate in every meal and there was plenty of plates and silverware to accommodate. The back porch and stairs could use some more lighting. Location was second to none.

The home is beautiful and in a great location. But it is not a 5 bedroom home. 4 bedrooms. With additional sofa bed. Very disappointed in the misleading listing.
