Food overall was fantastic - Breakfast and The Fire Pit Tasting Menu.
Waitress in The Fire Pit was really lovely
Bedding & pillows were really lovely
The Spa didn't have enough beds
The Steam Room wasn't working properly
There were discarded cups left laying around
The Bedroom was really hot during the night and we couldn't make it cooler (Room 206)
Light Blankets and Cushions to use when seated on the decking area would be really nice to be able to sit outside in the cooler evenings

It was clean, lovely and definitely lived up to the expectations. The food was absolutely amazing and it was like nothing i’ve ever had before. All the staff were doing the absolute most to make our stay amazing!
They seemed under staffed in the restaurant, we were never left waiting for a while and the staff were trying their hardest to check in on us, but they seemed rushed off their feet! they definitely needed more help!

Staff were good, atmosphere was good, peaceful, service was a little slow in restaurant but food came out quite swiftly
Service was slow in restaurant but food came out swiftly, special requests for partners birthday were not met in restaurant, our table for dinner was in the lounge and was quite loud and found it difficult to speak to my partner without being quite loud to each other due to background noise. Sauna and steam room were not working, and very little room to sit, couldn’t get seating or loungers for the time we was in the spa. So was disappointed with that.
