Questo appartamento fronte mare è stato aggiornato con freschi arredi da spiaggia in una confortevole unità a terra a pochi passi dalla piscina e dalla spiaggia. È un'unità luminosa e leggera che ha nuovi pavimenti in piastrelle, elettrodomestici inossidabile, bagni aggiornati e ventilatori a soffitto telecomandati in ogni camera. Dispone inoltre di 2 smart TV nel soggiorno e nella camera matrimoniale e di uno schermo piatto nella camera degli ospiti. Ha un re nel master e 2 doppie nella camera degli ospiti. Ci sono anche 2 divani futon per ospitare fino a 6 ospiti in totale. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con gli oggetti di cui potresti aver bisogno per la tua vacanza al mare!

Great location on the beach. Relatively quiet and had all the necessities for a family beach vacation. Quiet area of St. Augustine Beach with restaurants only a short drive away. Not a ton within walking distance. The room itself was clean and we had no complaints about the condition of the condo.

Amazing location right on the beach. Condo was clean and very well appointed. The pool is right out the back door. The extra towels were clutch when traveling by plane. Would definitely stay here again.

We were very pleased with the accommodation. Sparkling clean. Kitchen was fully equipped. We were right on the beach and walked every day. The condo was a quick drive to downtown St. Augustine and other sights. We got confused about check-in but owner was available to answer questions. This is a lovely place to stay.

This was the worst experience with an owner. The locking mechanism on the back sliding glass door malfunctioned causing it to be unable to open/close, main ext doorknob came off in hand when going into the condo, the dryer took hours to dry, bifold closet doors sticking out from under one of the twin beds causing a safety hazard. When the issues of the door handles and the dryer were reported to the owner the only one fixed was the ext. door handle. We were provided with a PVC pipe by maintenance to place in the track of the door as a temp locking system. We tried several drying settings, to no avail. Melanie was adamant that there nothing was wrong with the dryer but was upset when the electricity bill was higher than she expected. Before ending our stay here, we had made the decision that we would not be renting again in the future and have booked our 2024 stay with a different condo. Not at all due to the condo itself, but because every upkeep issue at hand was treated as a huge inconvenience by Melanie. She is very rude and blamed us for these issues. We understood that these things were normal wear and were not upset, only made her aware. Most renters would request partial repayment for dealing with this inconvenience, but we haven’t and aren’t.
Adding-We rent every year as a company to carry a group of adults with special needs/learning disabilities on vacation each year. They have the greatest time, and the residents at Spanish Trace are always so kind and accepting.
