We are a family of 5, with girls ages 5-9-11. We loved the location. Soo close to grocery stores and short drive to the state park and public beach/pier area. The beach is beautiful! And it was not crowded. We enjoyed plenty of space to ourselves! There is so much to do close by. The condo was great!perfect size for our family, 3 kids in one room is in the other. We really enjoyed ourselves and had everything we needed. And had the best family vacation!!! A few things I didn’t realize. This is a second floor unit and there is only one elevator. We didn’t use it at first because we didn’t know it was there. But besides unpacking and packing it wasn’t needed. The upstairs can get pretty warm. (This didn’t bother us we are typically cold natured) but there are no Ceiling fans. I really missed having a washer and dryer. But there is a coin Laundry available if you really need it. I only noted those things since I thought it would have been nice to know ahead of time. This is a great place to stay!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just stayed at Sandy Shores for a few days to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Everything was clean, the view from the deck was great, and you couldn't ask for a better location! We got to watch the sunrise on the beach each morning because it took us only minutes to walk from the condo to the water! Grocery store is right down the street, only 12-15 minutes to get into town for dinner or shopping - just really convenient to everything you will need to make your vacation a great one!

Clean, overlooking the pool, easy walk to beach, WiFi great, beach fabulous. Only complaint is the name of the place appears to be Spanish Trace rather than Sandy Shores, which confused us on arrival.

The condo is very clean and stocked with everything needed. The pool area is amazing and if you are traveling with teenagers you can watch them swim from the balcony. We will definitely book again.

Nice property close to the beach and pool. Upstairs was a little warmer than we are used to at home. We did use the fans on the property to help. Overall nice place!

After a rough start with lack of AC and temporary units not installed properly, everything was wonderful.

Great location, clean, easy walk to beach!

I thought I had already done this but here we go again. Although overall we were happy with the condo there are a few issues that need to be taken care of. I thought they would be taken care of on Saturday when I reported them.The left sliding door to the balcony does not lock. The smoke detector in the kitchen is in operable. There is no smoke detector at the top of the stairs.(just the base plate is there)The downstairs toilet flushes (well,sometimes) I had to adjust myself. The upstairs was warm compared to the downstairs. I understand heat rises but if it was 90+ outside I’m sure it would be very uncomfortable. The weather was great at about 83°. The thermostat was set at 70 because we were told not to set it down lower, but it is still warm upstairs even with two fans on.

We were looking for a nice place to stay for a quick family get together. It was perfect great location with beautiful ocean views. Large pool area that is well kept. The condo was very nice roomy, great kitchen, very comfortable beds and a balcony that overlooked the pool area and beach. Will definitely return. Loved that it was only a few minutes drive to old town. Great get away.

Loved the proximity to the beach. The condo was the perfect size for us and had everything we needed.The pool was very clean and not at all crowded. The management was very prompt with all our questions. I would stay here again!

Although the location is great & the property manager answered questions immediately, I have to say this place is lacking the personal touch that a true VRBO offers. The check in/check out times are exact….no wiggle room. There were not the usual amenities we’re accustomed to such as: plenty of towels, toilet paper(actually ran out) & kitchen staples. I will avoid staying in a corporate owned “VRBO” in the future.

We couldn’t be more pleased with the service we got when we had a few problems. They solved them in less than 15 minutes and couldn’t have been nicer. We have been coming here for well over 20 years but this is the first time we used iTrip. This organization is top notch.

Had a very relaxing 3 days in this comfortable condo. Beautiful views of the Ocean and pool. The pool was sparkling clean but because of the unseasonably cold weather we unfortunately did not swim. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Short drive to downtown. Hope to come back!

Beautiful area.

We enjoyed our stay. The toilet in the downstairs bathroom didn’t work. I let the owner know and they apologized. Too short a trip to get fixed. It was a nice place and love the location.

We enjoyed very much this property, we found it clean, comfortable and at a great location, steps from the beach and 20min from historic attractions!

We come down from PA about every 6 months to see my father in law in a nursing home and the past 3 times we came we stayed here. We love this place. It feels like home as soon as we walk in. There's always 2 bottles of water and a welcome note welcoming us. Sometimes we don't arrive till late since we fly in and we don't have time to get to the store so it's nice that's there's toilet paper and paper towels already there. The location is another plus. Just steps to the beach and close to restaurants and grocery stores.

Check in was challenging as the name of the property in our reservation was different than the actual name of the property and property sign. We were never advised of the difference.

Nice quiet area right near the beach! It was a great spot for a holiday getaway! Located on the beach with a beach view from the balcony and about 15-20 minutes away from historic St. Augustine. The owner was quick to respond to my messages and was there if we needed anything at all. Would recommend to friends and family!

Check-in/out was seamless. The condo was clean and modernly updated. I appreciated the beach towels and gear in the closet - and especially the bonus coffee since I forgot to bring some!

Beautiful property!

Stayed 4 nights at this well maintained updated condo right on the beach. Gated community. Pictures are 100% accurate - you can see ocean from the balcony (great sunrises) and overlooks a large gorgeous pool area. Both bedrooms were spacious w great beds and a lovely kitchen dining living room area. Many restaurants and stores close by - easy drive to downtown St Augustine. David was a great host and made everything super easy. Thanks for the use of beach towels and chairs. There’s a vanity sink in master bedroom which was nice since we had 3 people. 2 bedrooms and full bath on 2nd floor. First floor bath small but very functional. The bedding, towels, appliances, furniture are all high quality. Fully stocked kitchen. We would come back again - and again! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

The place was clean and peaceful. There was a day the smoke detector was beeping. We reached out and they had someone come and replaced it quickly. We met Dora our first day and she was friendly and informative. She told us about some really good places to eat and what we could do. We especially enjoyed the short walking distance to the beach. Hopefully we can come back another time.

Everything was as pictured and we couldn’t have had a more enjoyable stay!
