Capo classico adatto alle famiglie con 3 camere da letto in un tranquillo Cul-de-sac a Falmouth Heights. Situato su SW Pond - Pavimenti in parquet. 1 letto king size (se necessario diviso in due letti singoli), 2 camere da letto aggiuntive - letti full size. Il nuovissimo divano letto opzionale nella sala da sole consente di dormire per 8 (supplemento> 6 persone). Due bagni con vasca idromassaggio e doccia esterna. Grande terrazza e cortile per i pasti con vista su Little Pond (SW Bay). Include grill a gas. Cammina per Bristol Beach, a 5 minuti da Main Street, che comprende ristoranti e negozi. Include lavatrice e asciugatrice, tv via cavo e Internet. Dai da mangiare alle anatre, al kayak o cattura i pesciolini nello stagno. Guidi a Woods Hole o prendi il traghetto per Martha's Vineyard o Nantucket. Meno di un miglio a Inner Harbor, a meno di due miglia dal centro. Golf: Cape Cod Country Club e Falmouth Country Club si trovano nelle vicinanze. Cucciolo amichevole. Ora in affitto per la bassa stagione e l'estate 2020.

Fantastic location on Little Pond with a 5 minute walk to the beach. Pet friendly. Sleeps at least 6 and had very comfortable beds. We would love to stay here again!

The house is reminiscent of Old Cape Cod...charming, lots of character, lots of nooks to curl up and read a book in, and antique furniture, but modern amenities....and the views are gorgeous. We had a great week. The location was also perfect!

Amazing two weeks at Tern2. The hosts were very welcoming and provided us with everything we needed.
Waking up and enjoying the beautiful sunrise over the pond was so relaxing and peaceful. We brought our kayaks and paddled around the pond almost every day. Bistol and Falmouth Height beache are an easy walk, thank you for providing a beach buggy. Two great restaurants are also easy to walk to and grocery stores (Shaws/Walmart) are just down the road.
The house had everything we needed, was clean, comfortable and had plenty of room for 6 adults.
Thank you so much and we are looking forward to next year.

Best of both worlds: perfect location on a quiet picturesque pond yet just a five-minute walk to the hoppin' beach. The home is well-furnished with comfortable mattresses, soft bath and beach towels, fully-outfitted kitchen, large deck table & chairs for outdoor eating with a view, and even a set of bean bags and cornhole. Easy walk to MV ferry; easy bike ride to the bike path and Falmouth Center; easy drive to a multitude of restaurants and stores.
