The Aloha house was perfect for our family to celebrate my parents anniversary. It was clean, spacious, beautiful views, walking distance to beaches and restaurants and set in a quiet neighborhood. The house had everything we needed to explore Kauai. The attention to detail and the snacks and food that were left by the host to get us started on our vacation were amazing. I would highly recommend staying at the Aloha house

We took a family of 8 to Kauai to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary and we couldn’t have been happier with the Aloha House. Tracy was great to work with and provided a lot of great information about the area around us. We loved the house and we loved Kauai. We would 100% stay here again.

Our group of 6 adults just spend 4 nights at Aloha House. We were very pleased with the house! Tracy was excellent at communicating and could not have been more accommodating by giving us early check in and late check out! Our favorite things about the house were that each bedroom has a private bath, lots of porches, a spacious living and dining area, and located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. There is a paved path just outside the neighborhood great for walking, running or biking. This is a great location for North Shore activities. We enjoyed Hanalei and Hanalei Bay which are not far away. There is a very convenient shopping center in Princeville with a number of food options and a grocery store. At times it was a little warm without AC but there are plenty of fans and sliders and windows with screens. Highly recommend!!

Property was beautiful. Comfortable furniture and beds.
There was a fully stocked kitchen.
The back deck was nice especially with the jacuzzi and grill. We did have a lot of rain so we couldn’t use the deck because everything was wet 😢
Tracy was very gracious and accommodating in allowing us to
host a dinner party for 10 people along with a private chef. It was beyond my expectations! Our chef commented that he had everything he needed to complete the meal with such a nicely stocked kitchen!
The house is beautifully appointed!
What a breathtakingly awesome view from the master suite upstairs.
At night you can hear the waves crashing from every deck and bedroom in the house.
What a great house to get a good nights sleep in!

We just enjoyed this home so much! From Tracy's communication to the beautiful location of the home, all were OUTSTANDING! This home is perfect for accommodating several adults and children COMFORTABLY with so much living space! It is close enough to the beach, only 5 min bike ride! Expect a lot of driving everywhere, as Princeville is far north, but that didn't matter - we loved the home! The 4 bedroom/4 full baths were superbly perfect after spending every day at the sandy beaches of Kauai! No A/C, but lots of fans to cool things off in the evening. The lanai was wonderful for coffee in the morning and napping in the misty afternoon. This house has EVERYTHING you will need for enjoying your stay on this beautiful island - snorkels, coolers, washer/dryer, bicycles, you name it, they had it - and I must mention the item I was especially thankful for - SHOP VAC! so we were able to vacuum out all of the sand from our Turo rental! I just loved this home, loved our vacation celebrating my husband's 60th birthday with all 8 of us! Just can't say enough good things! Thank you!

The aloha house was wonderful. Located close to private beaches, hiking trails & restaurants. Short drive to the south side of Kauai and the airport. The house is fully stocked with beach gear, kitchen/cooking supplies. The hot tub was a nice extra to have after a long day of hikes!
Will definitely book here again and will recommend to everyone!

Princeville has many excellent beaches for snorkelling (love the sea turtles), surfing, hiking and of course the Queens Bath.

The location of this property was perfect for us. It was close to a local store and several beaches. The view for my morning coffee was unbelievable! Every morning there was a rainbow cascading the beautiful mountains. The landscaping of the property was so beautiful. I took a walk around the property every day and still found something new to admire. The property had gear for snorkeling, paddle boarding, surfing and bikes. We used the snorkels just about every day and saw some of the most incredible sea life. It is a must! We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated everything by available to us to make it an unforgettable vacation.

Bite of Hanalei Bay, gorgeous tropical plants in yard, easily handled our group of 8 with 4 rooms and baths for privacy, wonderful deck spaces, plenty of bikes, ocean gear, beach towels. Close to beaches, bars, grocery store, restaurants. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Rainbows were amazing! Highly recommended in every way.

The layout of the house was perfect for our group. We liked that there were bathrooms in each of the bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, pots, etc. for cooking. Lots of "extras" in the garage like a Yeti ice chest, beach toys, chairs, snorkel gear, bikes, etc. The location was wonderful. Tracy provides a lot of great recommendations for beaches and food. Highly recommend this house!

We LOVED our stay at Tracy’s Aloha House! Every bedroom is uniquely appointed with its own bathroom and has separation from the other rooms. This home really is ideal for families. The garage is equipped with every beach item you can imagine!! We had chairs, kid floaties, snorkel gear, beach toys, bikes, a Yeti cooler, YOU NAME IT, THE ALOHA HOUSE HAS IT! The grill, hot tub and outdoor shower were the cherry on top! If you are staying on the north shore of Kaua’i, don’t hesitate! BOOK!

Bicycles, sand toys, snorkel gear, boogie boards, stroller, etc. The views from the lanai and upstairs suite were incredible. Tracy's home was homey and easily fit 5 adults w/o any issues. Everyone having their own bathroom was a huge plus. The communal space was a fun place to hang out in and do multiple things at once - cook, eat, watch tv, etc. The outdoor decks w/ views were great and using the hot tub each day was a huge plus!

First off, Tracy is extremely responsive to any email or text that you send her. I had a situation where I needed some accommodations above and beyond and Tracy went out if her way to make these happen for our family. As you can see by the listing, all bedrooms have their own bathroom which is a phenomenal feature to the house. As others have noted, there is a lot of gear in the garage (e.g., snorkels, coolers, extra bags, fins) that is great to borrow. I recommend this house without reservation at this price point. It’s easy for multiple generations to gather and enjoy the beauty of the Kauai.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Aloha House. It was everything it said it was and Tracy was excellent at answering questions we had. Four rooms, each with their own restroom, was a great feature for four couples celebrating our parents 50th anniversary. My mom has ALS and limited mobility, and Tracy helped us know what the house layout was like so that we were able to prepare for our visit and ensure that my mom enjoyed her time there as well. The house is full of all the things you’ll need to have a wonderful and relaxing vacation in Kauai.

There were 7 of us staying here, each room is really is a master suite and the upstairs was perfect with the king bed and pull out couch for my 4 kids under 5 who don’t like to sleep alone while traveling, or it would be a great place for an early riser or night owl who wants to be up while everyone else is asleep.
The garage is well equipped with beach toys and I have never seen a place with so many towels in my life!
We ate at and enjoyed the outdoor areas around the house, great views and very relaxing.

Amazing property, super close to groceries and beaches. The view from the kitchen and living room windows were right out of a painting, sunsets and the Milky Way galaxy at night. Everything we needed was provided including rapid response to text inquiries. Our host was magnificent and the house lived up to our large family gathering.

Only reason I gave 4 stars is that appliances were older & not working great , some dishes were in the cupboards with debris on them bur didn't really affect our stay. A great house for large family get togethers

Great house for a group, great host
This was our second stay at the Aloha House, and we had another wonderful time. The layout of the house is perfect for sharing with family/friends - bedrooms/bathrooms have ample privacy and there is room to spread out indoors and outdoors.
Location is convenient, neighborhood is lovely, and views are amazing.
Tracy is very friendly and quick to respond - very easy to work with.

This is a great property for family stays. The owner was fantastic!! Patient with us, very responsive and just an overall lovely person. This house is close to everything. Perfect for teenaged grandchildren, with a separate suite for the boys. What a great vacation!! Thank you for the super experience. Wow!!
