Heartseed House Bed & Breakfast

Amazing location to Dornoch . We had a double room that gave us a sea view. The level of cleanliness was excellent , lots of little touches such as sparkling and still water in room with fresh milk in a fridge, short bread biscuits as well. So much choice for breakfast, cooked to order , amazing. This is by far the bestt Bed and Breakfadt we have stayed at . The hosts Dee and Nigel are so friendly and welcoming , we will recommend staying here to any friends travelling the NC500.

The welcome was second to none. Dee and Nigel went above and beyond in being helpful. The house is very well appointed and clinically clean. Also very comfortable and with a view over the Dornoch Firth which is spectacular. Breakfast was excellent with each guest being given an individual choice being cooked for them. I cannot recommend Heartseed House highly enough and can guarantee that you will be welcomed with open arms by two lovely people. My thanks to Dee and Nigel for making my short visit to Dornoch a wonderful time from start to finish.

Absolutely nothing to dislike. In the best Spinal Tap tradition Dee and Nigel really have 'turned it up to 11' :-).

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely wonderful stay — a real hidden gem! What a fantastic B&B! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. The whole place has such a warm, homely and relaxing atmosphere, and you can immediately tell how much care and attention the owners put into making their guests feel special. Our room was beautiful — spotlessly clean, comfortable and thoughtfully presented, with everything we could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The little touches really did make a difference. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared, with plenty of choice and fantastic quality. It was the perfect start to the day. But what really makes this place stand out is the genuine hospitality. Nothing was too much trouble, and we felt more like friends than guests. It’s those personal touches, kindness and attention to detail that make a stay truly memorable. We’ve stayed in plenty of places, but this one genuinely left an impression on us. We were sad to leave and would 100% return without hesitation. Thank you for making our stay so lovely. We’ll be recommending you to everyone and hopefully will be back before too long! ❤️ A real little gem — absolutely deserving of five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
