Huge amount of waste. All single use plastic at breakfast.

Staff was friendly and very helpful at all times.

We had to change rooms because one of the beds smelled like urine. We were taken care of immediately and moved into another room within 5 minutes. Kudos to the night staff!

The hotel was super clean and checking in and out was a breeze. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was great. Also the location is really great!

Our bed might have been above an ac unit which was making the bed vibrate during our stay. It wasn't really bad so it didn't really bother us. I did, however forget to mention it to the staff during our stay just in case someone else complains about it. Hopefully they see this and fix that problem in room 231.

it felt new, clean, and well maintained! loved the bed and the bathrooms and the quality of the soaps. in a great place as well, we felt really safe.

could have had better parking. the parking garage is shared by two hotels and was very limited in the front of the building as well.

we arrived at 3, the check in time, and had to wait 30 minutes for one of our rooms. they told us they couldn’t offer any kind of discount because it was reserved through booking.com and that third party bookers always assume there are rooms available but it is not coordinated with the hotel. it was aggravating

The breakfast was good and a good variety of food.

The TV remote did not have a sleep timer. I was on the second floor and the noise from the room above me was ridiculous. When they took a shower the pipes in my room (210) were very noisy. I wouldn't have had to set my alarm for 6 am, the shower did it for the alarm clock. The bed was very comfortable.

I love IHG I use them a lot for work also. This location was amazing. Beautiful spacious clean rooms and they even have a covered garage for parking. Staff was amazing very friendly and helpful.

Wish the location was closer to home.
