Fairly new, clean (enough for a hotel bit could have been better), good location
Staff were horrible. Both ladies I spoke with at the desk were horrible. Both seemed miserable, like they hated the job. My room had zero large towels and no caffeinated coffee, and the morning girl acted like I was lying about it. Wish I would have paid enough attention to her name tag. The night girl “Olga” barely made eye contact and never once smiled. Wrong industry for both of them. Parking garage is not good for even just a regular 1/2 ton truck. No curves, only corners, and every spot has huge pillars on the lines right where your door opens. Horrible design. Garage is also shared with two hotels, so if both are busy, good luck finding a spot.

Everything was amazing. Highly recommended.
Not a big deal but I’ll mention it anyway. Housekeeping didn’t make up the room during my 10 nights stay. I already know it’s once a week and first time is after 7 days but this didn’t happen to me. The receptionist offered to make a special request to get my room cleaned (I really appreciate this) but I was expecting this to happen without a special request.

The staff was extremely friendly and kind. As we were coming into the hotel the GM not only held the door for us (she was on her way home) but took one of our suitcases all the way up to our room. extremely kind and helpful. The parking garage was very well lit, which was important to us since we checked out before daylight to catch a flight at Love Field.
the only thing that could be better is if the parking garage was actually connected to the hotel.

Very nice location. Very friendly staff. My room was clean and quiet. I enjoyed the coffee and conversation with the hotel staff. I will stay here again on my trip to Farmers Branch.
